Cool band
Originally saw them on the very first episode of Britains comedy The Young Ones. British pop music. 80’s retro.

A musical tour-de-force
The secret link between new wave music, pub-rock and rhythm & blues is NINE BELOW ZERO. This album is so full of energy, party, summer, early 80's frustration and melody played with a straight-in-your-face attitude. Real alive musicians dominated by a bass that is very present in the mix spiced with Dennis Greaves cool vocal and Mark Felthams singing harmonica. Wot a band! It is hit after hit even though only one song formally can said to be just that. But, but, but every tune is a winner and should have been a hit. Forget about the stones, status quo and who else you can think of.This is the one album that YOU need! The perfect soundtrack to the forthcoming summer of 2012.

"He's bloomin' right, ya know!"
I fondly remember Nine Below Zero from the first-ever episode of The Young Ones ('Demolition), so this album instantly caught my eye. Not only can you familiarize yourself with the fantastic 'Eleven Plus Eleven', but also be exposed to some ace stuff like 'Wipe Away Your Kiss', 'True Love is a Crime' and 'Sugarbeat'.A very consistent, blues album from a group that should never have been forgotten. Terrific!

A Good Album
I never really understand why 9B0 were not more commercially successful. Perhaps it was because they came out at the same time as the New Romantics. Anyway, if you like your pub-rock/R&B, this is a good buy.
