As I'm getting older, I'm finding that many products are irritating to my eyes. I didn't have this problem when I was younger (I'm 69). I've found that the Neutrogena products (eyeliner and mascara) do not bother my eyes.

I have used Clinique liner for a long time and really like this one because it doesn’t smear and it’s easy to apply.

I have a hard time finding eyeliner that I can use on my water line because most make my eyes water like crazy. This one is great! It will smudge if your not careful but it doesn't irritate my eyes which is exactly what I was looking for!

love this eyeliner. it goes on smoothly and washes off fairly easily

Stays on without rubbing off. Perfect color, not too dark, not too light. Easily glides on. You can smudge if you like. I’ve never had a reaction to this either. This is the only eyeliner I use.

I was expecting a medium to light gray. This is almost as dark as black. Too harsh for me, a great grandmother..
