This product is Amazing!! I love it! It keeps my laptop charged everywhere I go and it finishes charging it so fast!

What an amazing product. I love my laptop, it's a powerhouse but the battery doesn't always last me. First I tried seeing if I can convert my charging to type c and use a USB pd portable charger but that wasn't practical. I then tried looking for a power bank with an ac/dc port but those are very bulky and very expensive. Then I took a shot and checked if Dell actually made anything for this problem and found this. It was well priced and compact. It works as a regular charger too so becuase it replaced my regular one it really doesn't take up so much space. My only complaint is it doesn't come with the cable ties/Velcro that most chargers do but that's an easy cheap fix.

Good adapter for laptop. Really liked extra USB for charging another device. Duruable, solid.

The charger while plugged into wall and while not plugged into wall says “weak charging state” (see photo). When I have it unplugged from the wall and I’m using the charger battery to recharge my laptop it sometimes does not work at all even though it’s full charged and then other times it works but for only about 30 minutes. It’s pretty useless. For reference, I have a Dell Latitude 7420.

I had order converter adapter by Dell product 4.5m to Thunderbolt kit and works well.. I am testing see how long it runs on the Dell Bank goes down 1 dot then switch into own laptop battery (additionally 3 hours to 4 hours..) pretty much good for on the plane or road trip to able watch movie(s) and etc.

I was looking for a way to charge my laptop. I initially bought a heavy charger for twice the price. But this one perfectly charges both laptop and phones. Plus it lasts for at least two days before recharge. Highly recommended!

A couple items to have in mind:- Slow speed charging.- Battery can be detached without pressing the side clips

Great deal. Genuine Dell quality at a bargain price. Powers my wife's 17" Inspiron without a problem and adds the functionality of a backup battery for anything USB in the same size as a standard power supply without any extra bulk or it works as simply a power supply at half the size. It also comes with an extra cork with a tip to fit my Latitude (the round barrel type not the newer USB C)
