Caponi Gluten Free Tagliatelle Pasta - 8.8 ozs.

We've tried all of the Italian-made GF Tagliatelles on Amazon and this is best by far. Always heard that the Italian-made dried GF pastas were superior to what we get in the US and tried 5 or 6 brands on Amazon. This had the texture and flavor to mimic regular wheat pasta.

Italy recognizes everyone must have access to quality pasta, even those who are Gluten-Free. Caponi comes as close to the real deal as it can. It has the right bite and is never mushy as many gluten-free options are. Expensive but definitely worth it when you're craving the real deal.

Loved this pasta...BUT....research it on line for pricing....it is a complete RIP-OFF on Amazon at $17.95 for 8 oz.I have found the SAME product on line for $7.00

Buona! Good pasta. Just tried it last night & it was very good! It was with my husbands sugo, his Sicilian Mother’s recipe. The pasta complimented it well.
