The picture quality is excellent and it's great how they make it so 3D even from a 2D image. Everything arrived safely. The delivery was a little delayed but that was because of a problem through customs, the item was very promptly dispatched and shipping was free even though this item had a long way to travel! The people who received it were very pleased with it. It was great to have the option to add a gift bag, base light and more. It is expensive, but very good quality.

Got this for our crystal anniversary, wasn’t sure what it would be like, but when we received it we were amazed at how well the image was captured with in the crystal,Would recommend buying the light base as it sets the picture perfectly
