ODORZOUT Laundry Additive Powder, 1 Gallon Bucket

We have truly put this product to the test with animal, gym, camping, and toddler smells. ODORZOUT REALLY WORKS!!! We started using this product with 2 teaspoons in each smelly load, but found that 1 teaspoon was enough. It seems to work best (for us) if you put some water in the washer first. Then add laundry detergent and Odorzout; then add your smelly laundry. We have had a few times when there was a powder residue on our clothes, as if the powder did not fully dissolve after the wash. And this would happen if we put the clothes in the washer first, then adding detergent and Odorzout last. We bought the gallon bucket, but would have done just fine with the smaller container. I will likely be giving this product as Xmas presents this year.

My husband is a cook and this does a pretty good job of getting the smells of that greasy kitchen out of his clothes! It also works to freshen our dog's blankets! Pretty darn good product! : )

I have no idea how this could possibly work. My kitchen towels often get hard to remove food/grease stains and smells. This product did absolutely nothing to remove the smells. The only thing it does do is coat your towels with dirt. Yes dirt. This is actually just clay...ummm. I don't want to wash my things in mud thank you! I had to wash the towels 4 times to get the grimy feel out of them.

Waste of money.Use baking soda

Took the mildew smell out if my towels when nothing else did. I use it to wash husbands work clothes too, they used to stink after laundering noatter what I used but no more!! This bucket will last forever too, because you only need a teaspoon or two. It comes with a scoop, bit don't use a full scoop, its not necessary. Love this stuff!

I have 4 cats, one of which doesn't like to share his catbox. If one of his brother's has used the box, he may pee on my bed or the laundry pile Odorzout gets rid of the cat urine smell. I have used it for years.

My husband is a very hard worker and even using deoderant, develops a very strong odor on the underarms of his shirts. I've used full strength vinegar both before and after laundering which helped a little but not entirely. Since using Odorzout (only using 1 tsp. per load) the odor is gone after laundering. Today I even washed some hot pad holders which reeked from roast chicken fat (using 2 tsp. in that load) and all the smell was gone. So far, I've found this product to be excellent in removing odors.
