Logitech MK345 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo with Palm Rest, 2.4 GHz USB Receiver, Compatible with PC, Laptop, Black

Initially, this thing did not want to fire up. I had to trade out the batteries included (Duracell, not cheap no-names) and it still would not fire up. So, yes, I had to restart my whole computer and then it played nice. I like the old-school feel of this (I'm old enough to have taken high school typing classes on an old IBM Selectric followed by my shorthand class). I like the older style keyboards because that's what we were using through the 80s,90s and 2000s. It's comfortable and feels familiar. My typing speed is better and have far fewer typos with these older ones. Now, having said ALL that, I want to note that there are some extra function keys on top that I find useless but gave a try anyway. None of the keys did what I had expected them to do based on the images printed on the keys. I will likely have to dig the instruction book from the trash to figure out what they do. But, yes, the keyboard works great and the mouse is works fine too. No drag or lag. They are full size and old school, which is nice if that's what you prefer.

Product is amazing. I've had it for several years now. Both my wife and I have used it on a regular bases and to our surprise its still works like new. Mind you it has survived being thrown around, stomped on and banged on hard surfaces by a couple of toddlers to this date and the fact that It can still turn it on and work without any issues shocks me. All the keys are somehow still attached so I'd highly recommend it

My computer was going crazy. Went through my computer virus company and it they couldn't find anything. the problem was my Keyboard. I replaced it (it had come with desktop computer I purchased last year). Anyway this wireless keyboard and mouse combo works like a charm. My computer works flawlessly and I love this keyboard. My old one was flat and I was constantly making mistakes and there was no space between the keys. I spent half my life correcting my typing (I have been typing for 60 years and never had a problem typing ). I'm a very satisfied customer.

Keyboard is great! However, I am having an issue with the mouse reengaging. So far my solution has been to turn mouse off and on instead of moving mouse to re-engage.

My previous logitech combo stopped working after 5 years, so I bought this combo and it was super affordable, and super easy to install. All I had to do was put in the batteries (that were included - huge bonus) and turn a things on, it hooked up super easy no fuss at all. Would totally recommend this product. The keyboard and mouse design is also super nice on my wrists. And the keyboard buttons feel great while typing.

I had an older Logitech Model K540 keyboard and wireless mouse that was starting to misbehave after about 10 years of service. Sluggish mouse action (even with new batteries) and stalling out, requiring continual on-off to reset - same for keyboard which also had a sticking Left CTRL key. I ended up selecting this new model because it has a palm rest over the less expensive options. The keyboard and mouse work perfectly out of the box, no issues and was recognized by my HP laptop right away - no driver is needed (using Windows 10). If I was to offer any criticism, it would be that (1) the mouse is very light and make entirely of plastic (my prior mouse had rubber sides) - not a deal breaker but I did prefer the soft edge of my old mouse; and (2) the keyboard is noisy when you type on the keys. All in all my old setup lasted 10 years and I think was sturdier and better made, but this new replacement will do the job and the price was right. My old keyboard had a LED on the Caps-Lock key and the top row of control functions were available without you haveing to press the FN key, but considering the price and value, I'm satisfied and would recommend this Logitech model...

IT WAS OF GOOD QUALITY AND WORKED WELL.

It pains me to say that Logitech is no longer the quality company it once was. Originally I was quite pleased with this purchase, as seconded by numerous high reviews for this product. However, once I passed the 5-6 month mark, the issues began. It’s important to note that this bundle utilizes a USB stick to connect wirelessly with your computer (as do many others). Yet right around 6 months after purchase, the connection between the mouse/keyboard and my computer began to intermittently cut out. This caused numerous typing errors and endless headaches I cannot begin to adequately articulate. Efforts to relocate the usb stick were fruitless and thus I called Logitech support. I was advised to download the new driver software to repair the “known” issue. The software update did not solve the issue, in fact it only seemed to exacerbate the connection failure. I called Logitech support once again and was advised once more to download the updated driver software. I tried to inform the representative that we had already tried that, but the obvious language barrier seemed to impede a successful dialogue. Eventually, the representative stated that he would request a replacement device and I would be alerted of the decision. About a week later, I was asked to submit my original receipt of purchase. I did so and another week went by. Then I received another email, this time asking for a PDF of the original receipt. I was frustrated, but did as I was asked. Another week went by and then emailed again with a replacement approval requesting my name and address (information I had already provided mind you). Three weeks later the replacement device arrived. I was pleased though frustrated by the enormous waste of time and clear efforts to dissuade my warranty replacement by Logitech customer support. For about 5 months I had no issues with the replacement device, and then, right around the same timeframe as the first, the second keyboard and mouse started having usb connection issues. I contacted customer support again, and had the same exact experience, with one small difference. This time, when asked to provide the original receipt, I included a PDF of the receipt. Yet sure enough, a week went by and this time rather than asking for a PDF of the receipt, they asked for the original purchase date and the purchaser’s name. These items were clearly visible on the receipt, so out of sheer frustration with the entire experience, I called customer support to ask if this was just a tactic to stall and dissuade warranty replacements. I spoke to an agent merely continued to assure me that they had my best interests at heart. Once the entire experience was complete, I received another replacement about 5 weeks later. The second replacement lasted around 4 months and AGAIN, USB connection issues ensued. This time I thought I was an expert and quickly contacted Logitech customer support, requesting a hastened replacement. I was assured they would not only replace the keyboard/mouse combo, but provide an upgrade as this was a known and continual issue. I asked why they continued to sell items they knew to be defective and the agent claimed he did not understand the question. A week went by and Logitech requested a second PDF of my receipt (there was no rationale to this request as I included the PDF in the first email). Two weeks went by without a response and so I called customer support asking for the status. They stated that they did not have the receipt and asked that I resend it. Frustrated, I sent the third copy of the receipt and waited. After 10 days without a response, I called Logitech customer support again, and after 40 minutes on the phone/hold, the representative informed me they would not be replacing the device as it was out of warranty. I told him the entire story and asked for a supervisor only to be told there was nothing to be done to remedy my issue. So there it is, the entire nightmare. Take it for what it’s worth to you, but I strongly suggest you shop anywhere other than Logitech. This company used to be one of the best, but that is clearly no longer the case. With so many 4 and 5 star options out there, stay away from Logitech.

Produto é exatamente como nas fotos, o material é durável, as pilhas duram bastante tempo, mesmo esquecendo de desligar. A teclas são muitos boas para digital e o mouse tem um bom tamanho pra quem gosta de mouse grande. Encaixa bem na mão.

It's a nice keyboard layout and comfortable. Plastics are a little cheap, but it was cheap!
