Velcro 90593 2" X 4' Black Industrial Strength Tape

I purchased this to make a no-crow collar for my chicken that surprised us by ending up being a boy! First one came off in its own within 18 hours so not sure what happened there, but I did do a better job shaping it the second time around and it has held up nice and strong so far. I am definitely excited to see what else I can use the extra for!

Velcro works great it isn't easy to remove ( it's designed to stick )this is a very good product

The thing about Velcro is that sometimes the hook and loop adhesion is actually stronger than the adhesive to surface adhesion. This can be due to the surface condition or ambient temperature. Well sewn Velcro is more dependable, but sometimes adhesive is all you can use. In that case, the "Industrial" should be the choice. Keep in mind that the right surface in the right condition is critical, and more area is better - consider rounding corners, since it's corners that often begin to pull away. There's no difference in the performance of black or white versions.

This industrial velcro tape was easy to cut and adhere to the backs of iron-on patches. Used for morale badges. It's holding up very well.

I bought this to try and remedy a sectional that kept coming apart. Took a lot of work turning over each sectional piece and adhering Velcro to the front and back of each connecting side. Then turning it back over and shoving the sides together and then placing a long Velcro strip from one side to the other securing the sections together. It’s been over a week and all the sections are still tightly in place. Normally I would be shoving them back together daily. I couldn’t be happier.

Very difficult to peal the paper. It worked great, they hold heavy objects well
