First of all, it is very well built. I’ve made several batches of chocolate, running the machine on average of 20 to 24 hours without issue. The website and manual they provide online are very helpful and the recipes provided are a good place to start. I’ve wanted one of these units for years now and I am very happy I purchased this. If you are interested in learning how to make real chocolate at home in small batches, I would highly recommend the Premier Tilting Chocolate Refiner!!!
