RCA RCD331WH Portable CD Player with AM/FM Radio - White

I love everything about this radio/cd player. Very good quality. I’m very pleased. Works perfect for playing soft music when I’m falling asleep.

Bought this to replace a alarm clock radio with CD player. This CD player has no antenna, but decent reception (just a little scratchy). Easy to tune stations. Decent volume. CD cover seems cheaply made- I am not confident that it will last long. Note- it does not have a clock, alarm or sleep function (my fault, I forgot to look for these functions).

It didn’t work very well

Horrible muffled sound. The FM radio quit working in mid song after a week. Not even worth the trouble of returning. This is the first negative review I've ever made on Amazon. Not usually a complainer.

Our11 year old grand daughter absolutely LOVED this mini boom box - a birthday gift. She immediately took it to her room and locked herself in so no one could listen with her! We liked the fact that it came in white - more feminine looking. The sound is good as well!

Couldn't get CD to play... Radio worked.

🚨UPDATE🚨 [short video] I loved it so much I bought another one! See the attached video. Also the additional 📷pictures. Now I have one for my kitchen while I'm baking and another for when I'm in my office or crafting. Definite Cons: it's not Bluetooth. This was the second cd player Amazon sent me. The first one was like a cube and it looked very modern and Bluetooth but wouldn't sync to my phone or devices. Said something like, it's only Bluetooth if I connect to my laptop or something like that. Which defeats the purpose. So I returned that one I got this one and this one definitely isn't Bluetooth on any level. It's very bulky. Like a Fisher Price kids toy. It lays down, not sits like a traditional boom box. I played a business CD on MAX VOLUME & could barely hear what they were saying. Hence why I wanted the Bluetooth so I could use my ear buds. Pros: It plays the CDs 💿 😎. It's easy to move from room to room whenever. I've never used to radio feature. I probably wouldn't recommend it to everyone. Depending upon what you're looking for, in regards to the features. It's the Jitterbug of boomboxes!

When looking for a CD player, I did not have much criteria regarding what I needed it to do, have a cd player, have a line in (or ipod dock), be under $50, and have some decent sound (not too much to ask for.. no?). It is not like I have massive expectations, this is a player merely for bedtime songs for my five year old daughter, and tbh, she is not too picky, well, about the sound anyways. The first three criterion were fulfilled, but the last one, well, not so much. It is a "cute" player (per daughter's observation), and a nice size, but after playing an acoustic folk album that she likes, it is sadly obvious good sound was not standard set in place by RCA either. It is a cheap player, but the fact that the player can not handle the bass of Puff the Magic Dragon, or Jimmy Crack Corn, is kind of sad. So if you are interested in a player for hip hop, techno, or even some pop music, do not expect much if the music is centered around any kind of interesting beat or bass. I did give it a three because I did get the majority of things I wanted out of a cheap player, and, overall, I really did not expect Bose type or surround sound playing from an under 50 bucks music player. It also came really fast, but, the love I have for amazon and their shipping dept. has always been something I rave about...
