This is a great pre workout drink. I know everybody has different tolerances and sensitivities but personally this drink feels balanced. The arginine provides decent pumps. 300mg of caffeine sounds like a lot but the edge is fine with no jitters or noticeable increases in heart rate during exercise. My advice... try it on a lifting/strength day. See how you feel. If you like it move on to your stamina days and assess the effect. For cardio, endurance and long runs you probably want to stay a little more mello and stick with electrolytes instead. If I need a little pick me up prior to strength or stamima trainimg this product is the way I go.

Split in half, each half into a separate 1L bottle and topped off with water. Still strong enough to taste good. Rather than once and done with the workout, it both hydrates and gives you a boost all day. The tastes are very strong on their own, and that's why I dilute it. Plus, with one remaining kidney, I don't need to stress it out all at once. Moderation, because they surely do taste good enough to drink at one sitting.

I don't think it's possible to over hype this product. After a close friend (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) recommended it to me, I had high expectations, but I couldn't have been more blown away by my first experience working out on SS. Not only does STACK elevate energy levels and escalate explosiveness but it also provides a mental edge that you can't understand unless you've tried the product. After cranking out that extra rep and slamming the weights back down, I frequently find myself looking around the gym laughing at the people who clearly aren't STACKING. Within 2 weeks, I dropped 20 pounds of fat and put on 10 pounds of lean muscle, and now I can tell you first hand that the combo of head turning size and washboard abs goes a long way with VS angel crowd. I'm re-upping as we speak and I'd recommend you get your SS order in ASAP.

These drinks kick your butt out of bed, and last an entire two hour gym session.I buy them at my gym, and whenever I find them in a twelve pack on Amazon.Other than the initial gastro-nuclear explosion after drinking it, side effects are nil. However, that first burst will cause you to lose 1-3 pounds (i know because I took before and after measurements.)Pro tip: Buy a four pack of Comet and a toilet brush when you order these.The N.O. version is the best. My best gym days are due to this.

Glad to see non carbonated sports drinks with a twist off lid. Of cours fruit punch flavor always goes down well. This drink could be improved by reducing the red coloring especially when it comes to healthy ingredients and rigorous training. Thanks for having this product available.
