It is my go-to oil for colds, I use it in a diffuser or inhale a drop on a cotton ball, or rub a little on for aches and pains.

Olbas Oil Really Works
I've been using Olbas oil for years to help clear out head/chest cold congestion. It always works like a charm! Sprinkle a few drops on a tissue and inhale slowly. When I do this a few times a day it really does help loosen the gunk. I try to always have some in the medicine cabinet.
