4 Panel 131x 60cm Custom Personalised Canvas Wall Art Large for Your Living Room Canvas Prints - Pictures

Picture arrived and the print looked washed out. I contacted the supplier who apologised and admitted it looked bad compared to the photo the print was produced from. He printed another and sent me a photo of it compared to the original print, it looked much much better. Received the replacement yesterday and there is absolutely no difference between the new one and the original one supplied. I'm stuck now with 2 pictures which will now not adorn my lounge wall and I can't be bothered complaining again, I just don't have the time. Perhaps I'll go into town and get one done properly.

Came quickly but quality was poor. We tried to select the option of having the image wrapped round the sides but apparently we selected the black border option instead, even after following their instructions very carefully. The image arrived and the black border actually comes onto the front of the picture so was not even done properly. Also the image is saggy so again would suggest the image hasn't been fitted properly. After trying to contact them they keep passing the problem on to someone else and now have told me it was our fault for selecting the black border option, which we did not try to do. The screenshot they sent to prove it makes no sense as this is not what we did and even then the actual screenshot shows that we selected nothing basically so I am confused.

Ok so the overall picture is fine but when you lined it up to print or what ever it is you do you've made it's so the white gaps on the face arnt symmetrical ie gap on left side its bigger than the one on the right side plus I also thought that it would fill the face anyway just not wrap around am a bit guttered if am honest but then again it was really cheap

I now have had two photos turned into canvases by this company . First was a sunset shot onto an A2 canvas. The original file was about 1.2Mb. Second was a gymnastic ballet pose on the beach, about 5.5Mb. Good colour and tone reproduction,nicely stretched over the frame and prompt delivery.

Absolutely dreadful. They blew up the photo which I did not ask them to and basically did their own design of the photo, chopped the legs off of the photo, poor stretching over the frame wood, poor quality print where you can see the pixels, just do not recommend at all.

Canvas photo prints dark so make sure you go lighter shade to compensate- mine was of my dark brown dog and I lost the definition of her facial features as it was too dark - would have been better just a shade lighter. However, Customer service very very good - arrived on time and contact from seller immediate to ensure all was well and to offer a contact name/number if it wasn’t.
