I was very hesitant when purchasing this enclosure, because I was thinking that there's no way in hell this little box under the seat with the subs firing into the floor would sound good at all. Boy was I wrong, in the biggest sense of the word. What I have. 2 15 y/o Old School Kicker Comp dual 4ohm voice coil VR 12's under the back seat of my 02 Silverado Ext cab. 1 sub being pushed by a Fosgate 300.2, and the other pushed by a Boss audio 1100M Riot (about 250 watts RMS from the Boss amp) with them being set to output around the same power. This box makes these subs slam. It's well made, looks great, fits wonderfully and no rattling. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone needing an ext cab under seat downfiring box. You could not build an enclosure this nice for the $87 (with free prime shipping) that I paid for this. Inside the box along the seams of the dividers didn't have any sealant at all. So as some earlier reviews has stated, you may as well go ahead and re-seal the box upon receiving it. Less chance of rattling and the enclosure ripping itself apart later on. Just call it, preventive maintenance. If you like hard hitting bass, this is it. It arrived quickly, on time, and in great shape.

Box is great, I read some negative reviews but it fits in my 2011 Silverado perfect. I didn’t even have to use the feet. It’s vented and that’s hard to find in a custom box this small. I had to get a shallow mount sub but for a small box that Dow fires under a seat, it’s great. If you’re expecting huge bass from something like this it’s not gonna happen. But it sounds really decent and has good quality sound. And it takes up no additional room in the truck and to me that’s the point, right ? Seats fold down completely so I’d say this does exactly what is advertised.

This item was a great choice for my system. I would definitely buy from this company again. What I wouldn't do as the owner of this company is use Amazon to deliver it. Look at how amazon delivered my package. Not only did they damage the box but they also damaged the product in the delivery box! I have filed a complaint with Amazon and they refuse to take care of the situation at hand with their delivery drivers throwing my deliveries over my fence and damaging them.

It fits... but far from well. Fits transmission tunnel great but doesnt slide all the way back past the bump. Back of the box hits before that point. But it does fit under the seat and looks flush. As for defects, theres a list. In my last picture you see a seam on the corner. Does not seal at all. Like trying to use a colander as a soup bowl. The terminal connectors look nothing like the picture and are the cheapest Chinese crap Ive seen. There are no wires inside, had to make my own. Definitely not the nice nickel plated ones pictured. Aside from that, there are MANY gaps in the carpet, couple nails sticking through in places and best of all, a huge shoe print inside on the mdf from when it was being poorly built. Sounds fine but this POS isnt not worth your money at all. For about the same price and some time, you could build one nicer with an even better fit. Also, as picture shoes and the manufacturer website says, its for driver side. Nope, thats a lie, this is for passenger side.

Haven't gotten it in my truck yet, but had to cut a few spots where the speaker goes for it to fit, but honestly I'm happy with it so far, the speakers I put in have huge triple stack magnets I'm surprised they fit with the huge magnet and 6.7" mounting depth. Will update after everything is hooked up, oh and I'm going around the inside seam with liquid nails beforehand too. I think it's probably good because the glue doesn't look the highest quality.OK so I had to do a ton of modifications. If you have a speaker more than 6 1/2 mount depth you may have to get spacers for a better fit. And if your subs have a pole vent be sure it has at least an inch clearance!!!!!! Mine didn't and it sounded horrible and took a couple weeks to figure out why and I got spacers. And my subs are very powerful so I also had to find center line of the divider and put screws to reinforce it better because of the box rattling. It's a good box but I would've went with a different one knowing now what I didn't then. Silicone the crap out of it everywhere too or you will have leaks btw!!!

I had recently bought a 12 inch audiopipe subwoofer off a friend but I was in dire need of a fitted box for my 2005 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab. I found this box and decided to order it and man let me tell you the difference that this box made to my truck. I was thinking about getting a dual box but I see no problems with a single, it hits so hard! The box is also a perfect fit and you won’t have to worry about it sticking out, sliding under, or digging into the bottom of the seat. My only complaint is that it didn’t specify which side the box would fit on since I was planning to put it on the driver side, but that’s not a big issue and maybe I just missed it somewhere in the description! Other than that, a great product and great value for money!

It won't let me upload a picture but it fit perfectly under my backseat. Nice box. I have a 800watt pioneer amp and it's a little to big to fit beside the box under the seat. So a more slim amp would be better. 2004 GMC Sierra extended cab z71 package. Also, you have to take the terminals out to wire it, it didn't come wired.

First time ordering a sub box on Amazon. Couldn’t find a single downward firing box for my 06 Silverado ext cab anywhere local. Had low expectations honestly. I an pleasantly surprised! Build quality is good. It fits the contours of the floor very well. Doesn’t slide around. Carpet is nice. Seat can still fold down properly and the box doesn’t stick out past. It’s like 1/2” taller than I would prefer, my truck has a mint interior and I think if I have 3 people in the back seat it’ll stretch the fabric on the bottom of the seat a bit. That’s the only fault. Overall 5 star

Finally got my box,came late, no fault of supplier. Box looks really good inside and out. Came over package to keep safe which I like to see. Will be installing this weekend with a pair of 250rms matched subs for box, which they say is the max for this box.some of the reviews said that the box just blew apart but thats because they installed subs with more then a 250rms rating im sure. Box is glued and bradnailed, not screwed. But thats ok for smaller rms rated subs.Going to sound awesome with the subs I got for it.
