Zebra Stainless Steel Professional Wok Turner Spatula Made Thailand

This exact wok turner is the standard in Thailand. I bought one the other day for 80THB ($2.50) at Big C. Do not pay this much for it.

The quality of this wok turner is what I would expect from Zebra. The length is long enough that it's not touching the sides of the wok or affected by the flame of the burner from the sides. The product is exactly as advertised. A bit expensive but part of the cost probably pays for the shipping. Took a month to arrive although the parcel seems to have been sent from Singapore.

I'm so happy about wok fried noodle dishes. I'm obsessed with so many noodle and veggie combos. And don't get me started on Lomo Saltiado. French fries and steak with Aji amarillo sauce? Yes please. This wok spatula is the perfect tool because it fits the shape of the curved wok. I was previously using a squared off spatula and it was not cutting the mustard. This curved spatula is sturdy stainless steel, and has a nice heft that feels good in your hand. I'm happy to add it to my tool drawer.

Opened Item today and handle was broken

This was a little longer than I had thought but the quality matches the price and it seems to be pretty sturdy. It works for the job I need it to. Delivery was faster than I was initially told which was good and it came in good condition.
