I got it to work out my face muscles, but it actually was helping me to quit the nicotine pouches too. Good fidget to replace unhealthy habit. It is kinda hard at first, but once you chew it a bit, it's really easy. If you drink water it'll make it firm again briefly. Other gum I find overpowering in taste and menthol and all that.
