Covers well
Excellent coverage, i had a Torro phone case, which had a light tan internal colour. After being used heavily, it was looking a bit sorry and tired. After using this dye on it, it looks really nice and fresh. I did use three lots of painting, to get a nice deep shine. Looks good, and a reasonable price for what it is. Very effective, quick drying time, good scratch resistance. If it does get marked, you get enough to give it a recovering. It’s not a large bottle, but was sufficient for my needs. If i was doing a bigger project, it’s cheap enough to buy a few bottles. I did use acetone first before painting to make sure it took well, very please with the results. Last picture shows what the colour was before painting.

Decent, Fades Quickly
I gave this fabric dye 4 out of 5 stars. The application process was simple, and the results were vibrant initially. However, the black color could be deeper and more intense. Additionally, the dye fades faster than I hoped, requiring more frequent touch-ups. Overall, it’s a good product but could use some improvements in longevity and richness.

Kaps penetrating dye does the job (leather shoes)
Excellent product. I used alcohol wipe to prep shoes - nothing strenuous just a wipe down. The dye comes with a wee brush and brushing evenly over the shoes. It didn’t take long at all and was incredibly quick and easy. I was able to do several coats fairly quickly (was outside in sunshine). Came up a treat. I had needed a pair of black shoes for work and these were headed for eBay when I thought about dye and so with nothing to lose the orange became black. Recommend for sure!

good product, prep is essential
really easy to use, recommend doing it in a well ventilated area as the smell gave me a bit of a headache; the brush it comes with does the job well enough and the outcome wasnt noticeably streaky. the shoes were originally a light blue patent leather and i was worried that the dye wouldnt stick -because of the leather type- so i read the instructions and used nail polish remover (98% acetone) to clean and shoes and it worked quite well, i shouldve prepped the shoes a bit more and waited longer between coats of the dye since the texture at the end was a tad inconsistant. i used a shoe shine after the 3rd coat of dye and they look really good! i havent worn them out yet but i will try to update when i do, you could probably use any kindof leather conditioner, the thing i used was black so i hope it can prevent chipping

White to black overnight.
White golf shoes. Very hard to keep clean so decided to make black. Preparation is key. Wash with warm soapy water and nail brush to remove all previous whitening polish. Then wiped down with white spirit. Gentle soapy wash and brush again. Let dry overnight.Shake bottle vigorously. Very thin liquid. Use supplied brush carefully. This stuff will run into the stitching joins and into the welts. Use sparingly and carefully.Amazed at result in one coat. Let dry overnight and applied second coat to make double sure, stunned. Really good, perfect black, no white shine through.. So easy to use. The key is in preparation as this dye is not paint, it actually penetrates and dyes leather.Note. Also proved my golf shoes are not water proof.Good value, about 1/4 of bottle left after 2 coats. ( I never thought one bottle would be enough so purchased 2). I now have 1 bottle spare in cupboard.Tried a little damp rag and rub, it doesn't come off.If after a few rounds of golf this stuff comes off I will update this review. But for now I am very happy with results.

Good pigmentation but small brush
I decided to give this product a 4/10 for pigmentation. The ink is great and even reverts some bleached black clothing back to black however the brush it comes in is far too small. If there was a bigger brush inside, then it would be 5/5

Brilliant product
My LV never full leather bag was damaged at the base and I was quoted over £200 for it to be repaired. This was all I needed. Can’t even notice where the ink is. Great product. Easy to apply and quick drying
