The iPad was perfect! Not a scratch and works beautifully. It was delivered a day ahead of schedule and I love that it came with a screen protector already installed. It was at 7% when we received it but it charged quickly with the charger that was provided. I highly recommend purchasing from this company.

I’m always a little nervous when purchasing a refurbished product, but I’ve had pretty good luck on Amazon so far. Here’s my experience with my new-to-me iPad to help anyone who may be skeptical or afraid to pull the trigger on this purchase. Here’s what to expect. As for condition? The iPad I received came in very good cosmetic shape, with only a few minor scratches on the screen, but unfortunately there was one very deep scratch that is about half an inch long that I can see even when the display is on. It is pretty easy to get past and only noticeable when you are very close to the screen. The aluminum enclosure is in near perfect condition and looks very close to brand-new. There may be a very tiny nick here and there, but nothing that is easily spotted or a cause of concern. Battery life for me may be slightly degraded from when it was straight out of the box, but iPads have awesome battery life for pretty much any situation, so it still lasts a very long time. And also note that the updated iPad Pros that released in 2018 charge with a USB-C cable. This means a standard Apple lightning connector will not work. I have been through a ton of what this iPad can do and it works beautifully for all I’ve asked from it. The display is phenomenal. 12.9 inches from corner to corner, which is a joy to work on. There’s plenty of room to work, study, and play. Watching movies and shows is also a fantastic experience being all-screen. Even 4 years later in late-2022, this thing is speedy quick and packs plenty of performance for your day-to-day tasks. It doesn’t skip a beat and Apple is still providing software updates for it as well. The camera is also very clear for a tablet and offers great performance for what it is. So far, I’d say this is an incredible deal on such a powerful device that feels like it will have no problem powering into the future for many more years to come. UPDATE: (10 Months Later) AUG 2023 - We are almost at a year now of the ‘refurbed’ iPad Pro and it’s still one heck of a performer with no issues or slow down to speak of. It just got updated to the new iPadOS 14 public beta so it’s still got a ton of life left software-wise. It does so much that even after so long with it, I’m STILL finding more things it does that I never knew it could… I’m still going to ‘daily-drive’ it for as long as it lets me as it has done everything I’ve asked of it and more. Since it is nearly 5 years old though, the battery likely needs to be replaced. I’m still getting great battery life as I only have to charge it maybe once every 2-3 days with mild to moderate use. With heavy use, I still bet you could get over a full day out of it easily. I find it very strange that you can find your battery health on iPhone and Apple Watch, but it’s non-existent on the iPad. At an Apple Store, the 12.9 inch Pro (3rd Gen) requires an estimated $119 service fee for a new battery. That’s a lot, so be prepared if you plan to ride it out for as long as you can. To sum it all up, if I would’ve known I’d have such a positive experience with this iPad being refurbished and all, I wouldn’t have been even the slightest bit nervous to purchase and would no problem do it again. Every experience with a refurbished product will be different. But if you go in with low expectations, you might just end up with a gem that exceeds them in every way possible. Just make sure you’re getting the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee and use it to your hearts content within that period to make sure it’s the one for you!

I had a smaller iPad that wasn’t helping my eyes. This one is so much better and does everything I need it to.

Be very mindful that the tablet IS in fact renewed. Meaning it belong to someone, they didn't want it, and the sellers test the iPad to make sure it's still functional before selling it. There is a chance will be some slight flaws with your tablet that maybe over looked when you receive it but nothing that would hinder the performance of the tablet. Sometimes things get over looked, it happens. With that said I am absolutely in love with the quality of my tablet. A friend of mine recommended me this seller since it's where they got their iPad so I took her word on it. I wanted to wait a bit before making a review incase something happens to the tablet but so far I haven't come across any major issues. First of all it came in the mail 3 days early than expected so I was super excited to get home from work and try it out. Everything is super responsive to touch and to my pen, and the magnetic charge for the pen works as intended and charges fast. The battery on the tablet itself works fine, the only thing I noticed was that it takes a while for it to charge but that could just be my charger itself but the tablet does last for the whole day when I'm drawing and when I plug it in at night before I go to bed I wake up and it's ready for me to get back to work on. Minor scratches on the back and corner of the tablet but nothing that a case cover can't hide. Both sides of the speakers work so I can play music while I draw or YouTube videos, sound quality is alright but nothing worth bragging about. I haven't tried video calling with it or the camera because it's not something I would do with it, however when I hook it up to my computer to do streaming there is no latency. Overall I'm pleased with the product, it runs like new and it does what I intend for it to do- draw digital art with. If you're looking for an iPad that won't break your bank this is worth, plus they do guarantee a return or exchange if there is anything wrong with it. I say it's worth buying, but don't expect a brand spanking new iPad straight out of an apple box. There will be some small flaws with it but nothing that hinders the performance of the iPad.

The iPad is great! No problems or faults, it is in excellent and clean condition! It was packaged very well and was well protected. The order was prompt, actually arrived 2 days early. I am really quite pleased.

Wasn't sure about buying a 2018 iPad in 2024 but I'm completely satisfied with it. It's better than expected. Looks and performs like brand new.

I received four iPads for my string quartet business not knowing who I was dealing with. Unfortunately, one of the iPads had issues with the screen and suddenly I was unable to use it. I took it to my local IT guru who I had to pay for his time to access the damaged iPad. Moe at Cybertek was AMAZING with sending me a label to return the iPad, covered my IT expenses, and sent another iPad out as soon as he had one that equaled the one returned. Moe has been amazing. And being that his business is a “mom & pop shop”, he really does care about you. I will refer Moe and Cybertek for a very long time, and I feel like I now have a friend in the business. Beautiful product excellent graphics

Solo tenia una marca pequeña del tamaño de una migaja en un costado, todo lo demás estaba perfecto. Difícil creer que sea del 2018 ya que estaba en muy buen estado. La pantalla es increible. La batería es decente, estoy haciendo animación en procreate y el ipad es muy capaz. Yo tengo la versión de 1T así que también ayuda. No me arrepiento de la compra, gran precio por lo que obtienes. Iba a comprar una nueva M2 pero la verdad no es necesario, claro que depende de tu uso. Sin duda recomiendo comprar artículos re acondicionados

Tenía mis dudas de cómo llegaría ya que algunas reseñas decía que le llegó golpeada o rayada. Pero supero mis expectativas, llego incluso como si fuera nueva. Estoy contenta con la compra, aunque llego sin cargador.
