I was looking for a basic green screen and lighting kit to do my weekly video game updates. I realize that it says 10x12 but for some reason when it showed up it was still a shock. Everything is bigger (and better quality) then I had expected. Im about 6' 2" and this thing TOWERS over me. Now all of this is a good thing dont get me wrong. The light umbrellas are full size, the CFL light bulbs over a foot long... Ive never seen this type of bulb before but it works great. It comes in a case that does easily fit everything if you need to travel with it. Green Screen...Nice thick weave, way stronger than a sheet so you shouldnt have problems with it. The color seems to be right on, my chroma key program works flawlessly with it. <<<side note, be prepared for some ironing if you want the wrinkles out, however the color is so good they dont effect the background>>> Frame...Basic metal frame, however the tripod legs have a lame way to tighten them so be careful not to strip things out... if you had to set this up and take it down 3 times a day i could see them failing.. but i think you could do without them as well. Umbrellas...White umbrellas, seem to be normal quality, they fold up (of course) mine did show up with a little black stain on one but didnt hurt anything. Lights...Wonderful. Ive found myself using just one for a lot of the filming im doing. Now Im using these at close range to light myself and a small area around me. If you want these for a whole room scene they just might work but im not sure. Either way for the money they are surprisingly brightAll in all, its a studio in a box... great product for the price.

When I first ordered this I was crossing my fingers and hoping it would not be junk. To my surprise I received a high quality Hollywood green screen kit. First the green screen was big and when i say big I mean big and it was quality cloth which is the best for chroma keying. The stand is high quality as well I had no trouble setting it up the lights are amazing. This is perfect if you just getting started if you are doing this from home make sure you have enough space. This set up allows for multiple subjects to be in your video and you are shooting a video with just you its more than enough room for hand gestures or moving around. Im 6-1 330 pounds it was more than enough room for me. The small greens screens are confined but not this one. For $130 I could not ask for anything better. Feel comfortable ordering this if you are an person that shoots videos for your business you to get views on youtube or professional get this kit.

I bought this on lightning deal cause I always wanted one. This thing is amazing. Bigger than I thought. The instructions were very vague so I wanted a video online. It was pretty simple putting it together and the light bulbs are massive. I still don't know what to do with the lights but the fabric is a nice medium weight fabric. It would not be hard to create your own backdrop and hang it The fabric slides on the pile like a curtain. I wish it came with a different color other than green but it was still nice. Come with two lamps and the backdrop. The carrying bag is really nice as well.

Nice setup for the price. The stand is pretty weak, but truly for the price I couldn't have asked for anything more. The lights are fabulous, they really upped my home photography game. This set is obviously for light home use, such is exactly what I bought it for. If you're looking for a quick easy setup and tear down, this is the bomb!

As mentioned here in more than one review, the lights are a big problem with this package. The first one I plugged in wouldn't turn on. When I tried plugging it into another wall socket, it sparked and shorted our entire room's circuits, and now none of our sockets work! When I tried to screw the bulb into the second socket, it wouldn't even attach to it.You too will wonder how these flimsy sockets are supposed to hold such large bulbs. And the reality is, they don't.Like someone else here, I lost productivity and missed a deadline because of this piece of crap. I suppose I couldn't expect much at this price point, and it ended up costing me more in down time. Next time I'll spend double and get something that actually works and doesn't put me at risk of electrocuting myself.

For anyone considering this Item for purchase! Think no more my friends. This is for the money a great buy. As far as starter Chroma Key Kits go I am blown away. Everything works! Okay so the stands may seem a little lightweight but they are very useable and user friendly. The backdrop is a tad thin but I went to Wally world and bought a cheap black king size sheet for 5 bucks to put behind it. Shipping was fast and everything was in mint condition. As far as the knocks I've read about the light fixtures. My advice is to take it easy and take your time screwing in the bulbs and you'll be fine.

While no one is going to think of this as a pro unit, it's an amazing collection of gear for a really low price. I've been wanting to play with green screen for some time. Recently a request came up, so I got this kit. It worked fine. Everything was intact on arrival. It went together easier than I feared, reading other reviews. I figure I'll get this to last long enough to see if it make sense to invest in a more professional kit. But really as a test kit to see if you want to work with green screen I can't imagine a better deal.
