This is the highest quality ghee that I've ever come across. The taste is fantastic, the texture is creamy (not gritty, like a lot of other brands), and the color is deep yellow/orange as it should be. This is the only fat I use to cook with. If you want to live a healthier life, stop using all forms of vegetable oils and use healthy fat like this grass fed organic ghee. While you can cook at high temperatures with it, I usually tend to cook things low and slow. It's great for adding flavor and healthy fat to your vegetables and meats, making Indian curry, blending into coffee, and even seasoning cast iron pans. You don't need to store this in your refrigerator, unless you really want to. If you do, it will be rather hard and could be difficult to scoop out of the jar. I keep it on my counter top, as I use it just about every day. I have tried many other brands of grass fed ghee and they don't come close to the quality of this one. It's the only one I'll be purchasing from now on. This is also the best price I've found for it. I have seen it at a few grocery stores, but it costs more. What a great product.

This is the only Ghee I will buy. I have tried other. more heavily market ghee brands and have been put off by the slightly rancid flavor and odor.. My first order of Ancient Organics Ghee arrived in perfect condition. On opening, no rancid odor. Instead it had the appetizing scent of buttered toast and a delicious butter flavor. It is more expensive than butter, and better for our health. I use the standard butter for baking and uses that meet the requirements of a recipe. For a nice, real buttery taste, I use this Ghee. Fabulous spread on pancakes and waffles. Of course, on fresh bread or toast.

This is the most high quality ghee I have ever tired. The nutty flavor make my eggs taste like a gourmet dish. I will continue to come back to repurchase this product, it is definitely worth the price. We go through a jar every two months or so in my household. I will say, a little goes a long way. I definitely recommend this product to any guest who comes to my home and they end up loving it!

Good stuff! Love to put on sourdough bread as a snack, in coffee to make bulletproof coffee, cook eggs, veggies, etc. I tried another brand of ghee butter and this one is definitely better tasting.

So I am originally from India now settled in the US for a very long time and ghee is a must in every Indian household. I grew up eating ghee and food items cooked in ghee made by my mother and grandmother. The benefits I experience from ghee are my gastroenteritis is not giving me a problem anymore whereas medications did not help me, my system flushes out with ease every morning as a routine, my skin which was turning dry despite using body lotion is now smooth and my face skin is not only clearing up but I notice a difference in the texture of my skin. I do not exceed more than one tablespoon of this ghee everyday otherwise it becomes harmful to health. Just for the women who are wondering about my weight gain I am eating one tablespoon ghee everyday but use it in my cooking and am at the correct BMI for my height which is 5 feet 2 inches. Actually I have lost even more weight after I started to use ghee as the basis for my cooking and you can look up all the benefits of ghee online for yourself. Ghee is a natural moisturizer, weight loss program and a catalyst for some health issues provided it is taken everyday in moderation and within limit.

I have only tried one other brand of ghee, 4th & Heart. It was pitiful. It had such a strong odor from the outset and the taste matched. I thought maybe this was how ghee was supposed to taste. I am on a bone broth eating plan that gives ghee as a fat option in some of the recipes. I finally decided I had to use another brand to go on with this plan. Oof! After researching I narrowed it down to a couple that kept coming up on various websites and chose this one. Arrived today. No packaging issues. Yes the lid is tight but given what the product is, I am glad of that. A couple of rotating taps of the lid on the granite countertop and it popped right open. And yes, it retightens in the same way. OK. Anything I’m gonna store at room temp on my shelf I want that! Once the lid was off I took a sniff and the clouds parted and the heavens opened! You know how delicious your kitchen smells when you’re making brown butter? This is it. The consistency is totally creamy (unlike the other brand that had a hard lard texture) and the taste is just like homemade brown butter, sweet and slightly nutty and caramel-y. Have not cooked with it yet today, but if I can eat it out of the jar I cannot imagine it won’t meet or exceed cooking expectations. Yes, it is expensive but so are many of the other brands. When I think of what goes into simple brown butter in my kitchen, much less making ghee from it, I would imagine the labor intensiveness of making this on a large scale is quite expensive. This is so good I feel lucky to have found it on my second ghee try. I think I’ll stop right here given the high price of experimentation in the ghee market. Buy it. **Just got my 2nd jar. I have deducted a star. As you can see in the pic, about 30% of the jar wasn’t filled and just a mess. So I basically paid 30% more for an already pricey product. I have see numerous other complaints about this. As much as I love the product I don’t want to be taken advantage of. I’ll give it another shot and see what I get. This is a serious quality control problem and the company obviously isn’t taking steps to correct it. There really is no excuse for the calibration of their dispensing equipment to be this much off, nor for quality control not catching it at the end. The weight of the filled jar should be a telltale sign. Too bad. Really good product.

このギーは味や品質的には好きですが、最初、ふたが空きにくく、いろいろ考えた結果、ビンを逆さまにして ふたの部分だけを８０度ぐらいのお湯に入れたり出したりを1分ぐらい続けてふたに輪ゴムを巻いてひねると空きました。温度や時間には充分な注意が必要です
