I was looking for some good quality boots but not with the price tag of Hunters or Le Chameau.SIZE: Other reviews confirmed the sizing does come up large and this was my experience. However with a sorbothene insole and thick pair of socks the fit is perfect.COMFORT: Very comfortable and after just one outing feel like I could walk for a long distance in these. The warm lining is a game changer and really keeps feet warm. Vibram sole so far very grippy and impressed. Some other reviewers reported the boots as difficult to remove and although mine were a little tight I wouldn’t say I had trouble removing them.STYLE: Really like them and am waiting to see what comments I receive as I wear them more.PRICE: Seemed fair and overall good value compared to other brands.

I got these because I wanted the Vibram sole for tramping around boggy ground in the Lake District, and the neoprene lining for warmth when traversing chilly streams. And these wellies deliver all of that. I found them extremely comfortable when hiking 5-6 miles a day, and good value.

These wellingtons are incredibly well made & outstanding quality, incredibly comfortable, warm, with great grip under foot. First class seller, excellent customer services, fast delivery too, will definitely be purchasing from this seller again

They are comfortable and warm. However after 12 months they have cracked and are no longer waterproof. Currently in communication with Philip Morris and Hoggs to see if they will do anything about this 17/11/24 I will update with what happens.

Great boots, but easily one size too big, ordered lower size, quality great, warm neoprene, quite heavy but happy to have that with quality hard wearing boot, nice and snug on ankle, good sole.

Great boot. Fits like a glove. Used nearly every day fishing in Scotland. The Vibron sole makes walking over rocky terrain easier and the grip is astounding.

Excellent. Hard wearing and comfortable. My 3rd pair over the last 12 years. I wear them every day of life.

The boots were lovely quality and very sturdy. I struggled to get them on, but thought it was just because they are new, once I got them on they fitted great as per my size (9) and were really comfortable. However, I could not get them off on my own, even with a boot jack. My wife really struggled to help me to remove them but we did eventually after three attempts!I had to return them and ended up buying Barbour neoprene boots which I can get on and off without issue. I think that the Hoggs boots are probably a bit too shaped at the ankle and the neoprene is thicker.
