Review: Fun project & great gift - I received the knife making kit as a gift, which first off I thought was very cool & different. Upon opening the kit i noticed it comes with a fully shaped blade, your objective is to craft the bolster & handle. While this might sound like a breeze, it is certainly some work....so as long as you're up for a project, it is very fun. The box comes with everything you need including tools, plus instructions. You just provide the manliness to craft it, and perhaps a few minor tools such as a hammer & drill. This is certainly a project for someone who likes to work with their hands & enjoys projects. I've not fully completed the knife yet, but will update when complete. All told, it's a quality gift & a fun project to work on.
