After she told me about this I obvs looked it up (probably during a 2 a.m. Google spiral) and apparently zinc is great for your immune system, your skin, your cells, your DNA—basically everything except your credit score. And honestly? It delivers. Since I started taking this little tablet of wonder, I haven’t gotten sick. Also love that it's non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from shady stuff. Just pure, chelated goodness in a bottle that lasts forever (100 servings? I’ve had relationships that didn’t last that long). Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Dislike the glass bottle, heavy….who uses glass for pills anymore?. It seems to be an unnecessary cost. The zinc tablets are large and uncoated. Otherwise it’s a good product

Doctor-recomended supplement. Not wild about powdery tablets. Value was good when purchased. Good product, but take with alot of liquid.

I have taken various forms of zinc supplements since 2000 but strangely, I do not feel any good/ beneficial effect after taking this Solgar Chelated Zinc even for weeks.. did a random comparison by rotating (on seperate days) between Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc (another brand) during night time, and I can feel the difference next morning. thinking if I should just throw this bottle away now
