Great product
I’ve had this for quite some time as my dog likes to play with it. I have it tied to a tree outside and it has held up against my dog and the weather both. Does have a nice finish to it and very soft to the touch. Dog says it’s easy in the snooter too 🤣

Excellent
Time will tell how well this ball will hold up in the sun, which is hard on almost all materials. But after receiving it, I'm completely happy. Ball feels to be of excellent quality, thick enough walls, sturdy rope and solid connection from rope to ball. The top clip could be a a little bigger and stronger, but it may be adequate to the job. It came deflated as expected. I inserted a wetted inflation needle into the inflation port and just let it self inflate. It did so. Then, using mouth/lung power only I added a bit of pressure to the ball and quickly pulled out the needle. Perfect. Firm, ready for play, and quite soft and easy on kids' hands. You literally do not need a pump for this. Just a needle. They should include one. Cheap way to make people happy. Cheers.

Quality Ball from a Name Brand Sport Ball Manufacturer
Comes with a long rope, clip and ball. You will need to need an inflation needle and pump to fill it. I have a cheap plastic hand-pump that worked fine.Quality ball, soft rubber surface, integral rope attachment keeps knot out of the way. The softness of the ball is determined by how much air you put into it. I under inflated it slightly so the grandkids kids would enjoy playing with it. I find the blue color to be more pleasing than the other colors.

Looks solid, durable.
Once we know how well it holds up on school playground, we'll know more. Just put up a few days ago, good exercise for school kids. They enjoy it so far.

Great quality
Color is very nice, quality is thick and sturdy, and it worked well with my tetherball pole. So far it has lasted the summer of being in direct sunlight and played with daily by teenagers

LOVE IT!
My family LOVES to play tether ball and this is one of our favorite ones to play with because it is softer than others and has outlasted others that we paid more for. The only thing we did not like was the rope that came with it. The rope WOULD NOT stay tied or knotted and the ball would fly off during a game and we would have to chase it down. My husband replaced the rope with one that he uses for setting trot lines (for fishing) and it does not sun rot or fray and the ball doesn't come off.It is suggested that you do not leave the ball outside while not in use. I live in Texas and our pole is in direct sun. We leave ours outside attached to the pole, but all we have noticed is the color has faded slightly and we have to occasionally add air to the ball after a couple weeks. This is GREAT for kids because it won't sting as bad as the other balls (my son took quite a shot to the face while trying to hit the ball and all he did was laugh). I will say, be careful when playing because my son has gotten excited and stepped too far forward and got his arm caught in the rope. It didn't hurt him but I would still use caution with younger children.Anyway, WE LOVE TETHERBALL and this is our favorite ball!

Soft enough for my dogs to head butt and play with each other.
My Rottweiler absolutely adores head butting balloons, but they inevitably end up busting on him. This was his absolutely favorite toy. First one didn't last long though, because it's not designed to survive a Rottweiler in fully excited mode. (NOT a fault of the manufacturer...I know It was designed for human usage) Anyways...The dog absolutely loves to play tether ball and as long as he's supervised to only head butt the ball he can play for hours.

You CAN beat this one.
I just reattached our ball to the rope after it broke (for about the fourth time). We noted that the rope is getting a little short, so I came here and searched for tetherball/rope. This item came up, and noted that I had purchased this same item in 2017. FIVE YEARS, my friends. We have three middle-grade kiddos (and their friends) who beat this thing to death — sometimes they use bats! It sits in sun and rain. This is how it looks after all that. I’d say it has been a good value.
