Staggering how long this will work on a single charge!
Have to admit, purchased this directly from Nokia with a 20% off voucher. But wanted to share a review as I think this is a really underrated device.First of the bad. I opted for the optional leather band and its a bit low quality feeling rough on the wrist for the first week and needing a bit of bending and rolling to loosen up. Not a problem you may say but compared with the Apple leather bands or even the Nokia 36mm band the band for the 40mm is awful. Next bad point is the heart rate sensor on the underside protrudes slightly, much like other watches but the edge of this is quite sharp. This means after a days use it doesn't quite chaff but its not as comfortable as an Apple Watch or Samsung Gear s2. Finally and this is partly design preference but the hour marking on the face is very light, and the hands thin so in bright sunlight its a bit of a pain to read but you get used to it.Now the good, or great. The design looks great, it is of course personal preference but if you like the look of the pictures you've seen you will like it. The health app on the iPhone took some criticism shortly after Nokia acquired the original startup but really its a nice application, great layout, clear information and one of the best elements is the eco-system is pretty complete. For example, we also have the Nokia Scales and the device presents both sources of information seamlessly. Another great plus is the Nokia Health app feeds in to something like MyFitness Pal so heart rate, steps and if you have the scales, weight will appear in that application. Now the truly amazing part, the battery life is incredible, by that I mean, INCREDIBLE. I've worn it for 3 weeks, have done some exercise with continuous monitoring enabled each day and the battery is at 77%, yes 77%. The thing is a marvel and in all honesty, when it was delivered I only charged it for 30 minutes, this thing was close to 100% out of the box and has lasted 3 weeks with only 23% used. Disclaimer: I did not enable notifications from the phone to the watch as I bet that would use more battery. So would I recommend this watch? Provided you don't want to use it as a smart watch and you are happy with something that tells the time, tracks your steps and your heart rate then absolutely.

Really good smart watch and a smart looking watch
Bought this for my husband who was previously using his Apple Watch. He loves it. Looks great. He likes the vibrate alert for upcoming meetings, calls and texts. Tracks heart rate well and steps. He particularly likes the sleep tracking as couldn't do that with his Apple Watch due to need to recharge. Buying him something non-Apple was a risk, but I'm glad I braved it.
