SHIPPING: The box is large (you can see the dimensions in the product description if you really want) and heavy (not really complaining, that's a good thing). Package arrived through Prime shipping which was really nice. Contents were all in good shape. ASSEMBLY: I am good with building furniture. I breeze through IKEA furniture with ease and my trusty power driver. This assembly was not fun. Sure, the fact that there's only like 12 pieces total including the screws may LOOK like it'll be an easy assembly job. Do not be deceived. The entire back of the chair is held together by 2 bolts. That's fine. Bolts are fairly large and look strong. But since its only 2 bolts for where you will be sitting and leaning back and I generally dont like falling out of my chair, I wanted to make sure they were secure. This turned out to be trickier. The bolts are on the bottom of the chair- which means you cannot use a power driver. This means it was time to break out the socket wrench. BUT because of the placement of the screws in relation to the supports, you can only turn them 1/4 turn at a time. Once this was done, the rest of the assembly was a breeze. Took about 90 minutes from box to completed chair. COMFORT: Now that the chair is built, its time to sit down, grab a beer and watch the game. Chair is vastly more comfortable than you would think from the picture. The massage is quite nice; it's more of a "buzz" style than the "roller style" which I really like. My favorite thing so far is the heat function. It's one of those things that you wouldn't realize how nice it is until you sit down. The limiting factor is that the cord has to be plugged in. I ran the cable under a rug, so not a big deal, just a little annoying. Overall: An amazing deal for $200. Assembly was a bit tricky, but only a little more so than you're standard Swedish mail order furniture. The massage/heat is very nice. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We looked for two comfy chairs for our kitchen to create a 'coffee tea area'. We wanted comfort like a good modern style chair - no reason to sleep in the kitchen. Didn't want it to look officey. Since I may find a dog in it - needed some sort of vinyl. I bought two of these. The box they arrived in was trashed so I was sure they were going back. They were fine. They are comfortable, the seat extends enough to support your thighs, the back is high enough for a 6'2" man, not so low that a 5'9" woman stands up awkwardly, they are very sturdy, do not slip when getting up, lean back very nicely, they vibrate not knead, they are very streamline to fit in an area unsuitable for large bulky furniture, the footstool doesn't need to be connected so it works for kids to sit on or books or a pet to sit next to you. So with this praise why 4 star? The heat could be hotter, the vibration at shoulder height is a bit loud but the rest are not at all, and the shipping box offended me. LoL....I am being honest, yet the three things I didn't like actually made me like the chair even more! For this price...don't you expect something misbegotten!?!

UPDATED AUGUST 2019: This chair has proven itself to last. All features still work, the intensity of the message for some reason is even better/ stronger. The recline and swivel is easy. The foot rest message is still good . The chair has been moved about from one wall to the next and no damage to faux leather at all . Used by large Adults in a gane room on a regular basis and everything still good to go. Looking at buying another one. ORIGINAL REVIEW; The chair and ottoman arrived fast. The product was exactly a described. It was easy to put together. The final screw on the top part of the chair required a second pair of hands but was easy to align and put in. The back of the chair is tall enough to support my neck and head. The seat is plenty wide enough for a large adult and does not take a lot of space. The chair is extremely comfortable and the ottom is the right height to properly support my legs. The messaged, though not a s***su type, does vibrate. The vibration and mode choices make it quite nice when I select the mode to rotate where it messages. The ottoman also vibrates and has several rotation choices. Yes there is even a heat option. Excellent for the price!

recently purchased.. it's a nice chair .. good price.. and comfy.. the chair itself is very low to the ground.. looks very odd .. and it makes it difficult to get in and out of. it heats up in the lower back area.. but not all over.. it does not massage.. it is more like a vibrate chair.. so this was very misleading.. but the chair is not bad. I would return for a refund but my husband was such a dear to put it together.. so I will keep it.. note to future buyer: read all the reviews on this product before purchasing. and read the dimensions carefully.. it's really short and I am a short woman myself.. just wanting to be honest..

Es lo mas cómodo del mundo. Llegó en muy pocos días en perfecto estado. Las instrucciones no tienen ni pies ni cabeza pero con intuición basta y se arma fácil

Chair was very easy to assemble and instructions easy to understand. Very comfortable to sit for a few hours in. Massage and heat are nice for those long days on your feet. Good quality for the price.

when i first felt it my initial thought was that it feels cheap, material does feel quite soft however, but not like real leather and feels cheap in comparison. it looks nice, its comfortable but not extremely comfortable, i expected a little more plumpness and padding. the assembly was a breeze took like 10 minutes. there is no kneading or real massaging, its more like a strong relaxing vibration than a massaging vibration or knead. the different modes are cool it works well, no real complaints.

Exellent, mais fait de la vibration jusque chez le voisin d'en bas, mais très bon massage. Facile à assembler, beau dans le décor de mon salon et confortable.

I love the chair its very comfortable. It was very easy to put together only 6 screws. It looks good and the heat is very nice. The massage is a bit weak but still relaxing. I would recommend it for anybody.
