Philips PQ206 Electric shaver Battery powered Convenient to carry /GENUINE

This is a great product. It is a replacement for one I’ve had for years. The price is good too, for a portable hand shaver and it does the job!

I use the new 1.5 volt type C rechargeable AA batteries. It is ideal for travel shaving or in vehicle glovebox for touchups. I use it as the only safe shaver for pubic beard and genitals. Unlike their $300 regular shavers it does NOT tear genital skin as they do.

We have travel plans coming up and I found my every day electric razor impractical to bring along as it uses a cleaning stand with fluid packs. I recalled that many years ago, I had a Norelco electric razor and it worked reasonably well. I purchased this small razor and when it came I provided the two AA batteries needed and tried it out. While it does not shave as closely as my every day razor, it provides an adequate shave and most important, it does so comfortably. I do find that my beard seems to be more pronounced in the afternoon, it is no big deal to run it over my face briefly again. My significant other feels that, despite it’s not being super close, I really do not need to shave again in the afternoon (she’s something special). The device is quite simple and the cutters are easily removed for cleaning. I have found that once removed, they can be blown clean with my breath, but if you want to clean them thoroughly, they are easy to disassemble and clean with the included brush. I have been using it for a few days acclimatizing to it and it is still on the first two AA batteries. For the price and comfort of the shave I believe this is an ideal travel shaver.

Well it works. Keep it in your car, travel with it, I use it at work. I don't consider it a 100% replacement for blade shaving but it works great and gives a pretty close shave. So small, compact, and the fact its 2 AA batteries (doesn't come with, but I bought some decent ones so it performs). The hair accumulates under the shaving head so you empty it that way-comes with a brush to clean it. Just make sure you do. If it lasts 6-12 months I got my money's worth and will buy it again. I just use a blade now to touch up my sideburns and when I'm home.

Great shaver for being run in batteries

This shaver is inexpensive and compact, utilizing alkaline batteries instead of rechargeable lithium batteries, which is an advantage for travel. The problem is that it is not washable under running water and doesn't shave as close as other rotary shavers or foil-head shavers. I will probably keep it, but would rather have the other type for home use.

This tiny electric shaver does a great job on my stubble. I keep it in my car to touch up my face late in the day when I don’t have an opportunity to shave. It’s small yet powerful enough to give me a clean shave. Well worth the money.
