First the good:I was extremely surprised as it was only a 3 day turnaround from date ordered to delivered in my mailbox - I have never received Custom items that quickly. Initial thoughts on the 2 orders I placed are good, no blemishes, sharp clean lines, and they feel like they will last a while. The customization is 100% accurate and what I wanted.Now the not so good:I am a little disappointed that I didn't receive what I thought I was ordering however. It lists 2 pieces in the product details section and I thought that I would be receiving 2 matching patches per order with a total of 4 patches. I did not, only 1 patch per order for 2 total patches.Honestly had I known it was only 1 patch I probably wouldn't have placed the orders, especially with so few reviews on them.Despite that I was pleasantly surprised by everything else and because of that they earned the 4 out of 5 stars.

Got the patches today to replace my worn out ones on my vest after many washes. I was worried that the font in the customize screen was going to be the actual font. I'm extremely pleased with the product! I got the name and back patch and the font and placing were perfect. Now we will see how they hold up! The pricing wasn't bad and it shipped and arrived like lightning!
