This is an excellent source for teachers and students alike looking to improve their conversation skills. This book includes phrases for the everyday professional or for ESL/EFL students looking to boost their speaking skills before entering the job market. As a teacher, I found it very helpful to pull out key phrases and create lesson plans which my students found relevant in their day to day activities.The only thing I didn't like about this book was the length of the chapters. I wish there was a bit more explanation/activities for the phrases.

The phrases are short and easy to memorize, they are really helpful and useful in business life. The book is pretty easy to carry on for consultation and arrived before than expecting so I definitely will buy again with that sealer.

Don't buy this book. Total waste of money and time
