This product has absolutely no cinnamon taste. The first time I ordered it from the company Red Ape and it was delicious this time I ordered it from an Amazon dealer and it was terrible.

Love this cinnamon!

I use cinnamon as much as possible as I am pre-diabetic and it is said that it MAY improve/stabalize blood sugar. I put it in my morning protein shake and in my oatmeal. I mix the Ceylon and the Cassia cinnamon together and it is delicious.
