Nine West Women's Flax New Hollywood Dress Pump

It's hard to find a heel that is beautiful, sexy AND comfy! Finding a heel that is all 3 really is like hitting a trifecta!! These shoes are incredible! The first time I slipped them on my feet they felt like they had already been broken in! Now that is a comfortable shoe! They have the perfect height heel to where they are stiletto style and sexy but I'm still able to go up the three flights of stairs to the courtroom I use. Now if you aren't used to walking in a 3+ inch heel they might take some getting used to for you. But at 3.25 inches I find them to be very easy to walk in. I have patent leather Madden heels and they are great but some of my dresses don't need a shiny leather. I have been wanting a nice matte finish leather heel and these are exactly what I had in mind. The texture and finish of the leather is really quality and really beautiful. And I'm surprised at how roomy the toe area is considering these are pointy toed heels. My toes don't feel squashed even after 5-6 hours on my feet. I did deduct 1 star because they are a tad bit big. I have been a size 6 for 25 years so I am somewhat of an expert on that size and these are a smidge longer than a standard size 6. So I bought a heel insert which fixed the problem! Nine West Flax leather pumps have been my go-to dress pumps for work for the past couple of years now. I also like the Nine West Austin pumps, when I need a lower heel, however the Flax leather pumps are the most comfortable shoes I own at this heel height and I can wear all day long straight out of the box. I also have a synthetic patent leather pair in the Flax model, which are not as malleable and I cannot wear for very long. For the patent pair, I wish I had gone half a size larger. But for the leather shoes, I order a half-size smaller than my usual shoe size. These do stretch a bit after a few wears. The style is classic and I get a lot of compliments when I wear these $70 pair of shoes which is a great buy!

I was ready to send them back as I placed the order, “knowing” they would have some ill fit for my hard to fit fallen arch feet.. Surprisingly, the pump fits well and is comfortable. I’m the type to wear cute shoes to church and kick them off when seated! I wore this pump comfortably at least 5 hrs walking in and out of various venues.I bought the nude and will order again since I know the fit.

First, I own Nine West shoes in multiple styles and a 10.5 has always fit me perfectly; but these feel more like an 11 or maybe even larger. The size is marked as 10 1/2 M, which should fit perfectly; but they leave a huge gap at the heel.Second, the leather is peeling and cracking inside right out of the box, the heel is off-center where it attaches to the upper, and there is separation at the leather seam in the arch.These shoes say Nine West; but they definitely do not feel like Nine West.And yes, I know I have a “runners socks” tan :)

I wanted to love these, but the quality is poor. Unfortunately, it wasn't something that was immediately apparent. Everyone who wears leather shoes knows they take several weeks to break in. Typically, the fit improves, but the surface of the shoe remains smooth. With these pumps, there are noticeable creases along the top of the shoe, and the sides. I've had them for barely a month, so that's disappointing. And I'm a few days past the return window today, so now I'm stuck with them. I'm giving three stars because the fit is great, and they're comfortable. But perhaps I just got a fluke pair - who knows. I recommend watching these closely and returning them promptly if the leather doesn't look great.

These shoes are great for wear all day. I'm a size 6 and I ordered a size 6 and they fit perfectly. I also had medium width feet and the width of these shoes isn't too narrow or too wide. I have a pretty high arch and these do provide pretty good arch support. My only complaint is that the sole at the toe of these is coming off and I haven't had them that long or worn them a ton. I bought shoe gloo to fix this problem, so hopefully it won't be a problem for long.

I bough this model, because in the description said is 3.5""heel high, is not is 4"other than that the shoes is beautiful.

These are literally my favorite pair of heels for work. I can walk in these 8+ hours (as long as I wrap my toes) with no pain. They are high enough to where they don’t look too old fashioned but low enough to where you can run fairly fast if needed, ha. The nude is perfect, but I will say I prefer the color of the patent nude. I’m on my second pair because I wear them so much the heel cap gets worn (this pair I am taking to a cobbler).

Color is a bit more neutral (beige) nude than pink nude but love it so much! Comfortable and pretty :)

Scratches easily and peels in some area I.e. toe point

Were bought for a gift but 2 small

Very lovely shoe, just wish the heel was a half an inch shorter.
