I'm a plus size lady, will it fit over me?

This is a bit difficult to answer without knowing you. I think the best thing to do would be to use the measurements it shows in comparison to your own, to see if it would comfortably fit. I use it regularly over both of my legs but it is possible you could have it positioned over one if this is uncomfortable.

Could you use this for a keyboard and mouse ?

Yes. If you are not using the stand for a laptop, you can put a keyboard on it and attach the mouse tray on the side of the stand. You wouldn't be able to fit a standard size laptop plus a standard size keyboard on the stand at the same time. The stand is very adjustable and I highly recommend it.

I've been using my laptop support for quite a long time with a large oldstyle Dell laptop. I find it a great asset. Where I sit it's a bit lop sided, so I just alter the legs to suit. Perfect with no weight or heat on your lap.

Does it come assembled??

Yes - the legs fold up both sides & no assembly is needed. It's sometimes a little fiddly to get both sides to exactly the same angles & height, but it's a very useful device.
