Supports natural growth
I brought the product due to age I found that I am losing hair daily. After speaking to the doctors recommend natural foods and supplements.I purchased this product as its natural and great value product and quality.I have been using this supplement for a few days noticing there has been subtle changes I have been experiencing.

Biotin definitely makes me feel empowered and i feel much cleaner with regards to my digestive system after consuming this supplement. Another subtle change that I can see is that my hair has started to thicken, it feels much stronger. No after taste
This product took a while to work before I saw results. I have noticed a difference in my nails and hair . They are much stronger and longer. There is no after taste when swallowed.

my hair is looking and feeling softer
have only used this product for I week so it seems a bit soon to give all the credit of softer hair to Biotin. I have not used a colour on my hair since the lockdown ( I only used natural colours not harsh chemicals ) so it could be a combination of the two. Too soon to say if my hair has thickened which was my main quest as I seem to loose more as I get older.

I've taken them for 3 weeks and my nails are growing long and strong
My hair is shiny and thicker. After having weak nails from using false nails my natural nails are growing much quicker than normal and are really strong. I'm usually rubbish at remembering to take vitamins :-\ but i never forget to take these tablets because I've had such positive results.

I am yet to start using this product, however I trust that it will be as good as the rest of NIIKAM'S products.Highly recommend this brand.

No real results yet
I wanted to give my hair a bit of help as I am getting older. I think that I will give these little tablets a bit more time before I can say positively whether they are helping or not.
