This kneeling pad is a simple product, but it’s one of those things you immediately appreciate once you use it. The extra-thick high-density foam provides excellent cushioning and does a great job taking pressure off your knees on hard surfaces. Gorilla Grip rates it at about 1.3 inches thick with high shock absorbency, and it definitely feels substantial under load. The foam quality feels much better than the cheap thin kneeling pads that flatten out quickly. This one stays supportive, keeps its shape, and has a durable textured surface that resists slipping. It’s also dirt and water resistant, which makes it useful for gardening, garage work, exercise, plumbing, or any floor task. A lot of users in tool and work communities also prefer the thicker closed-cell foam style over bargain pads because they simply hold up better and stay comfortable longer during repeated kneeling sessions. For the price, the quality is very solid and it feels like something that should last. When this arrived, it felt really firm and not like it would help at all as something to kneel on. But I gave it a try while kneeling on the floor to groom my dog, whom it is much easier to do a big brushing of him when he is laying on the floor then trying to get him to stand up for it all. I was surprised that this did indeed make the task easier and would recommend it.

To summarize, this is a wonderful product to have if you need to kneel or want a comfortable pad to use for resting your body on. It is a great improvement to the quality of your life. The foam kneeling pad is very durable. It has a good amount of thickness to it. And it is small enough to store away for when you don't need it and easy enough to carry anywhere you go. It is very lightweight but surprisingly strong even if you put heavy weight on it. The only downside is that the price is a little bit steep for something that doesn't feel so premium. Even though it is comfortable, it is nowhere near as comfortable as something akin to memory foam or something of that nature. When I initially purchased this, I was expecting a much more quality foam that can feel very soft and gentle. This one isn't uncomfortable but for the price, it just doesn't seem to live up to that expectation. Hence, why I'm giving it four stars.

So supportive, nice color, comfortable, great thickness, portable, lightweight, durable, good width. I would have liked it to be longer.

The pad feels firmer than a typical yoga block, but it still has enough cushioning to keep my knees comfortable. It provides good support without feeling too hard, and my knees don’t hurt when using it.

The product really is “extra thick” and very cushioning. I haven’t had a chance to use it doing an actual job yet, but it looks very promising. Well packaged and quickly delivered.

I thought this would provide a soft cushion for an injured knee when I had to kneel down, but it is very firm and almost as hard as my floor. 91 years old in a retirement home and unable to get out to return it.

Some reviews say this pad is hard. I would say it's very firm and does not crush down. It's definitely comfortable on the knees. Would buy again.
