Perfect potty
So far so good. Assembly was quick and easy. Sturdy and perfect size for a toddler. The little handles are great for feeling "secure" for little ones when sitting on the seat. Folds up easily for quick storage.

Exactly what we needed
Potty training is not easy! However, this device made it very easy for my three-year-old granddaughter to use the bathroom. The grip and step have rubber, so there's a little more grip for safety. The look is fine, and the quality of the seat is good. It's easy to store in a corner and light weight so my granddaughter can move it back and forth easily. The value is not bad considering the potty seat that covers the toilet is $10 to $19. I should have purchased this one first, because it provides better independence for the child.

Does what it needs to
This potty seems to suit my kid's needs fine so far. First, I do think the material looks very cheap and it made me hesitant, but I read reviews for many different pottys like this and all of them had both positive and negative reviews, so I felt I just needed to pick one and try it out. This one had more satisfied reviews than the others I was debating on. After seeing my son using it it seems sturdy enough and not like it will break apart. Hopefully we won't get any cracks. In the first photo, there is a gap between the potty and the toilet seat but this gets pushed down once the child is sitting--just make sure they scoot back a bit and sit up straight so the pee goes down (maybe this just applies to boys). My son finds it easy to climb up and turn around and sit on his own, he's about 38 inches tall and 32ish pounds at 3 years old. I like that it has an animal on it because I use it to my advantage saying "let's go visit the bear" when I need to remind him to use it. One thing I really don't like is the lack of instructions--I wish the sellers or makers of this product would listen to the reviews complaining about this and include some. I am not handy at all and it was ridiculous how long it took me to put this together. I didn't realize you had to put the legs together first then slide the blue step over them--I had to come back to this page and look at the pictures others uploaded to figure that out. It was also very hard to get the handles to click into place which was very annoying. Otherwise it seems sturdy enough, light enough to move around, etc.

Excellent, well thought out product. Horrible assembly instructions.
Whoever designed this potty chair was a genius! It is so convenient and easy to use. If only the assembly instructions were good.1. The graphics are light gray and the text below them is even lighter, almost impossible to read.2. The picture showing where to put the non slip pads under the top portion doesn't even look like the part! Impossible to figure out where the pads go by looking at the drawing.3. There is a drawing showing the hardware but no text describing each item. There is text in the assembly instructions calling out the parts but you are left on your own to figure out which part is which.4. There is no instruction telling which side the screw or nut goes.I realize these instructions are made to be used with multiple languages, so the pictures need improvement.

Must have for potty training
Great for potty training and I like the fact that it works as a step stool too. Good for washing hands and brushing too. My 4 year old is completely independent and loves to use this.

Not bad, but not as helpful as I anticipated
*edit: after posting my review and the reasons why this product wasn’t a fantastic fit for us specifically, the seller did reach out to offer a refund for the product. I did not take them up on the offer, as we did and will continue to attempt to use this product despite the ways it didn’t quite meet our desired needs. But I thought it was worth mentioning that the seller was willing to refund us due to the product not fully meeting our needs and expectations. And as mentioned in my original review, the challenges we faced may not be experienced in other children using this product. But potty training it quite the adventure and some kids are more comfortable with it than others. In our scenario, we have a cautious child that is also somewhat clumsy and would have benefited from more support. But with a different kid, I could see this product being just fine. And while I don’t feel right about accepting a refund, I did think it was admirable that the seller was willing to provide one upon learning we weren’t 100% satisfied. This is easy to put together and easy to wipe down. I purchased it to make the toilet more accessible for my 2.5 year old. I like that the seat has handles for him to hold onto, as that does make him feel more secure. It does come with a sort of plastic covered seat cushion, which we opted not to use because it just seemed like more to keep clean and a typical toilet seat isn’t cushioned anyhow so it seems unnecessary. My son also liked the bear design.Unfortunately, the ladder design wasn’t as helpful as I hoped in terms of making it easier for my toddler to get onto the toilet. You are able to adjust the length of the legs to make sure they sit flat on the floor, which is helpful, but it’s still somewhat flimsy when my toddler tries to climb up. Also, the ladder design makes it so that my toddler is really only comfortable climbing up facing forward (towards the toilet) and then he has this very awkward challenge of trying to turn his body around to sit once he is standing on the little rung. This is a shaky and tricky thing for him to accomplish as it’s hard for him to balance on the little rung. I feel like he would have benefited more from a stepping stool or like a stair set up where it was more sturdy and he had more space to turn around and sit. This may not be an issue for some kids. They may not be phased by the shakiness of the training toilet or have as much difficulty with the balancing required, but for my little guy, it’s not the best. I purchased this to make him feel confident in his ability to access the toilet independently and to make him feel secure when using the toilet and that is not our experienced outcome.

Great for potty training!
It’s super easy to assemble and easy for our daughter to use independently. She feels much more secure and comfortable with this attachment. It is adjustable and fold away nicely. I highly recommend it!
