Butter, Sour Cream and Buttermilk Culture with Recipe

This culture makes the best tasting buttermilk, that I've found.

We are rural and I need to drive a total of 18 miles there and back to find buttermilk, this is easy to make an saves me long trips to the store instead it’s always available to me!

I've been using live cultures for years to make buttermilk but this product makes the smoothest creamyist buttermilk I've ever had. It's DELICIOUS!

Love it, it does what it's supposed to do and I love the taste of the buttermilk

Poor instructions. First say warm milk to 185 but then contradicts. Says one pack makes 1/2 gallon up to 4 gallons. Not likely. My complaint is they WILL NOT RESPOND TO (my) SUBMITTED QUESTIONS !! Going to WASTE MILK trying to figure it out. Store bought cultured buttermilk works perfect for as many new batches one needs. Do not buy this product do it the was grandma did !!
