Well for starters am grateful for indian chai to bring up with concept of ayurvedic herbal teas in market. Yes indian herbs are amazing for body and arjun Ashwagandha is great source for immunity especially during this corona thingy. I definitely found Ashwagandha flavour more in this tea than arjun . Although altogether I bought it for my old parents and they do like. I would definitely recommend it and buy it again. But with request to make the aroma of arjun sound better😀❤️👍

So I tried drinking it with milk as I'm trying to cut down my tea consumption. But I strongly feel it's better without milk. It has an inherently sweet flavour so no need to add anything else for sweetness. If you're reading this you already know the benefits of arjun tea, this one is a reliable product in my experience.

I am suffering from anxiety which makes my heart palpitations worst and have frequent panic attacks thinking I am having heart attack.....so I read about Arjun tea which is beneficial for heart and anxiety as well ...so I brought this tea for my fast heart rate....I am writing this review after use of month and I clearly observe that my anxiety has reduced and my heart palpitations are also coming under normal rabge....I can sleep well btw if you have sleep apnea have it in night I have it in evening and it gives me deep sleep...even I have lost 3kg .....coming to the flavor of the tea its mildly sweet n bitter at the same time but you feel nice after having it.....so buy it without any hesitation
