Very happy with these aftermarket Parker rollerball refills. They have never leaked and they seem to last as long as the original Parker brand refills. Parker rollerball refills sell, typically, for around $4.00 a piece, and these end up at around 75cents each, with purchase of qty 12. . I will check if this company, Unibene, also produces refills for my Cartier, Lamy and Waterman pens. Thanks for a very good and extremely price competitive product!!

These have been working fine though are not the highest quality for my Retro Tornado. You will need a spring though. However, when using these in my Kaweco Sport, they have been drying out / not working fairly fast, though I am in cold winter weather so that could potentially be a factor.

I recently bought a couple of the Bolt Action tactical pens (which are AWESOME!); which are serious pieces of solid brass or titanium, I bought one of each. But the ink cartridges that came inside them were fine points and kind of "scratchy" feeling when you wrote with them. I use these pens every day, so not only can the pens give a bad guy a good poke, I also need them to write well. After trying a couple of other refills (in my humble opinion) these Unibene Gels are the perfect cartridge. Hands down. They come with a wax ball on the tips to make sure that the ink stays fresh AND also a rubber tip OVER the wax! Great presentation. I like a medium to bold point, and the Unibene medium is perfect. The ink just glides on the paper, smooth, and it actually makes my handwriting look better than any plain ballpoint (especially since I write in cursive). These are the refills that I am going to use from now on. Oh, and they're made especially for tactical pens! They're very stout. I had to open the end of the pen just a tad to accommodate these oversize tips. Now my pen is not only a serious spike (and I love to fiddle with the bolt.. calming) but it writes beautifully (glides is a more accurate description!

Some of these work well but some just don’t write well. Almost like they have grease on the tip. Hard to know what you are getting when yiu put a new refill in.

I have over a dozen new, extremely nice Parker Pen sets that I purchased about 10 years ago. I still see them advertised places, but now for much more. I was a teacher and used to give these as gifts to the graduates. After I retired, I still had some left. I found them in my storage place, all in pristine condition...but the ink must have dried up in the pen. I looked around for replacements (the other item in the sets is a mechanical pencil). This was the best deal I could find, so I thought I would give them a try...and I was not sure about the gel ink, but I went ahead and ordered them. I could not be more pleased. They come in a resealable bag and each refill has a fitted cap over the tip so that it will not dry out. And, when you take off the fitted cap, there is still a small ball of wax at the tip to further protect the refill from drying out. That just pulls off, and then when I wrote...the gel ink was perfect. There were a dozen refills in this package, and I will be ordering more. I have dozens of other pens and sets, not all take Parker refills, but these are perfect for the ones that do. I guess as I purchased these through the years, I was not thinking of ever retiring...lol. I taught for forty years and loved it, but retirement is nice also. Now the pens will find new homes with new refills, as gifts and donations.
