Even though I am in my senior years and on several medications I also take several vitamin and mineral supplements for health and fitness. I've been using this supplement for 2 weeks now. I feel closer to my old self. I wake up with strong erections. I have energy to get up and do handle any task that's thrown my way. I take 2. Plus a multivitamin to start my day. You can feel the supplements activating as your energy starts grow during the day. I work construction and these help out a lot. I would recommend it to anyone feeling sluggish.

i could not rate this product properly because after I opened it, I found that because of the medication that I am currently taking, I could not safely use this product. And I can't return it after it has been opened. So, I decided not to give it a bad rating since it is not the manufacturers fault.

While the desired result so far has not been achieved, the side effects of just having more energy in general has helped me so much when I’m getting on average 4-5 hours of sleep per night, from other issues. The supplements themselves are larger than some pills out there, but the flavor isn’t much so swallowing them isn’t hard. Natural ingredients is a plus.

I have been using this for many months and even when I ran out for a few days really have not noticed any difference! I have been on subscription but will stop sense they raised the price!
