It causes bad allergies.
Unfortunately, I got bad allergies after taking it for a week: my tummy got irritated and it affected my sleep. I stopped taking it a week ago. But the problems are still there. I heard that Ginkgo Biloba could cause bad symptoms. I did not know it would affect me. I hardly have allergies to anything. No problems with any food.

I've been converted to this brand!
In recent years I've come to realise that I shouldn't take my good vision for granted. It was heartbreaking for me to witness my late Mother's eyesight deteriorating due to macular degeneration - she eventually ended up going virtually blind. My Dad has also experienced major issues with his eyesight, though thankfully his problem was remedied by two cataract operations. In the meantime, my own eyesight isn't too bad for a middle-aged guy, though I do have to wear spectacles for reading. To me, having a healthy body includes having healthy eyes - they're interconnected after all. With that in mind, I do like to try and keep myself in tip-top condition - so I follow a regular fitness regime, don't smoke, hardly drink alcohol, and include plenty of fresh fruit & veg in my diet. In addition, I take a few supplements - including one for my eyes (edging my bets as it were). I had been taking a different brand to this one (which was cheaper) but it lacked some of the key ingredients contained within this VISION MAX formula. I'm convinced this is a superior product to the one I had been taking, so this is the one I shall be using from now on. In a way, I guess it's a case of 'you get what you may for' - and I'd rather not compromise when it comes to an eye care supplement. In my book, if you are seriously seeking a top quality supplement to improve/maintain the health of your eyes, this one is well worth your consideration.

These really help with vision!
Vision Supplement with Lutein and zeaxanthin | Powerful optimiser and Vision Protector | Strengthens Eye Tissue + Improves Day and Night Vision | Exclusive Eye Health Treatment | 60 Vegan Capsules. For the last couple of year I've had to start wearing glasses all the time, I'm longsighted..... I do feel tho that in the last year my sight has deteriated more, I know as you get older this happens. So I was more than happy to test and review these vision Supplements..... As soon as they arrived I took 1 and have been doing so everyday since, its only been about a week and half and already I've noticed a difference..... The blurred vision is nowhere as frequent and I put that down to these vision supplements, I think they really work! You get a 2 month supply which is 60 Vegan capsules.I can highly recommend these and will without a doubt buy again.... Works out at just over £7 a month which is very good as they do work!

Excellent combination.
This is the most comprehensive vision support supplements I have found. It has the usual lutein and zeaxanthin - but is also has a lot more besides, all aimed at providing a combined benefit that is more supportive than just the usual two. I normally take this kind of supplement, so have been happy to try this. Certainly I am suffering with less eye strain who and periods of wonky sight that I sometimes used to have, have disappeared. It is very easy to swallow, too - which I love. And it's a very reasonable price for what you get.

To fortify my eyes against AMD
I had a health related DNA test and it says that I am susceptible to "age-related macular degeneration" as I grow older. This was confirmed by an optician. I was therefore advised to take these types of supplements to fortify my eyes against such a problem. At fifteen quid for two months worth of pills they are a bit more expensive than my usual ones but they have the added benefit of zeaxanthin as well as Lutein. I cannot comment on their long-term effects (obviously!) but they are ok to swallow and no eye problems so far (!)
