This rice is delicious. Probably the best tasting available in the marketplace.I used to buy it all the time when I lived in Boston and it was only a trip to the corner store to pick up a bag. Now I have to drive into the nearest big city since the small towns around where I live don't carry this.It's a little pricy on-line but when I consider the time and gas going to the big city, it's a bargain.

Rice is sticky
I use this product to make sticky rice. Let the rice sit in water for approximately 2-3 hrs prior to cooking. You can add salt if you wish.

Good short grain rice
This is a tasty sticky rice. I was hoping for longer grains, but this one is short like sushi rice.

The flavor is good but there wasn't any cooking instructions
The flavor is good but there wasn't any cooking instructions. We tried to cook like other rice, it was either undercooked or mushy. It would be nice to have had the instructions
