Great product, no lip problems
This product kept my lips from breaking out when no other product worked. It has a chemical not yet approved in the US.

Terrible
The item has a defect on the bottom, resulting in a hole, and the cap does not secure properly. Consequently, the lip balm leaked out and is now unusable.
