Don’t like headphones and can’t use bluetooth? This works!
PERFECT! IT shut out Bluetooth usage on my computer, so the option to plug-in is now essential.

The verbal cues are annoying
Great sound, but defaults to verbal cues when you mute/unmute. You can supposedly disable them, but only if you have a Windows or Mac PC to install the client app. Not a great choice for diehard Linux users.

Not any louder than a phone or laptop speaker.
It's just not any clearer or louder than my cellphone (OP8T) or Thinkpad. It's probably a good replacement for a damaged internal speaker on either. Battery life was not tested, assuming it's as advertised.

Speaker phone
Has good clarity but callers say it picks up too much background noise for them to hear me clearly. So, I don't use it much and probably wouldn't buy it again. But, that said, it's construction is of good quality. Kinda wish the ON indicator light was a bit brighter.

poor sound quality
the speakerphone did not amplify the sound; it was the same or lower than the PC speakers. Poor quality and not not as good as other Plantronics products.
