I needed a strong lucet to make cords for shoes I was crocheting. This is a great quality wood product, and another great tool to add if you knit or crochet! It's lightweight and lovely

This was a gift, but I was able to try it out also. It's nice and sturdy and both I and the recipient are very pleased with the quality. If you're in the marked for a lucet, this is a good one.

Large chunk missing from top of hole in the back. Yarn will catch on this rendering it useless. Expected more from such an expensive item.
