Acoustic Medium 3-String Cigar Box Guitar Strings - Low Open G (GDG)

Great sound on my guitar. Tuned and sounded up just like I needed.

Look like a fine set of strings. Plenty long. Tuned quickly. Sound great. Very vibrant.

I love the sound of these strings.

I decided to try these strings out, and they did what they say they do. It's still cheaper to buy a set of (6) strings and use what you need, but it is nice not to have leftover strings. The strings come in the same pack and are unlabeled. You need to eyeball them to see what string is what. To my eyes, the high G and D looked so close i could barely tell which was which. The gauges are .044, .034 and .026. let me tell you, on a 25 1/2" scale guitar, a .026 G is TIGHT. I would say shop local and get strings from your local guitar shop. These aren't bad in any way, but they're not worth the extra cost.
