A very well written book covering many topics.Part I: Theory covers the Tree of Life as "astral levels" of Sephiroth, mind and correspondences. This is the Tree of LIfe as it is being used as opposed to all the theory you get from other books. Very well done as a living manual of the Tree, one gets the sense that this tree is always growing, night and day.Part II: Preshadowing the Feather, covers the reception, commentary and the text of the inspired writing of Liber Pennae Praenumbra. In my opinion this Liber is the antecedent to the Book of the Law and enhances and balances Liber Legis while complementing each other perfectly.Part III: Practice has the actual rituals, rites, and ceremonies for the performance of Maat Magick. These also follow a level system to put them in accordance with Part I. The rituals are quite good and include multiple banishment rituals, tarot card spreads, consecrations and invocations.This book is highly recommended for people with advanced Magickal capabilities as the techniques and exercises in the book are for those who already have some experience, especially with the astral plane.Overall this is one of my most favorite books on Magick and changed my worldview about a great many things.

I was hoping for a nice holy book on Maat but this was definitely not based on Maat at all. It was heavily tied to Aleister Crowley and Thelema. I personally find his works to essentially be a plunge into darkness and insanity so its a bit weird to see Maat presented in that way. Given this has nothing to do with Maat and is instead a complete misrepresentation its a bit disheartening. I can't really recommend the book for what it is supposed to be, but it does have some decent information if you are looking into Thelema and want to pretend you aren't.

Satanic devil worship using Maat spirituality as a cover-up. Anyone who knows who Crowley is should know this. Gave it the benefit of the doubt at first due to the useful information of the 'Levels' 10-1. But once i went to the banishing and ritual section and saw that they want you to call forth Satan in the direction of the south I put the book on my porch and set it on fire. First time in my life I have burned a book and hopefully the last.Real spiritualists and practitioners do not recognize satan; only positive and negative energy; both of which are a manifestation of God. If you are one who is interested in or a beginner of practicing magic or mysticism be very careful of the entities you call forth into your life. If you are not clear of the energies you are calling forth or welcoming it could be very detrimental to you and others around you. Unless you are a worshiper of satan and the like stay away from this book. Bad news.If you are an Egyptologist or an indigeneous centered spiritualist-this book will be of no use to you because this book has nothing to do with that-despite the beautiful photo of Maat on the cover-stay away and dont waste your money.

Do not buy this book!Out of the 237 pages, about 10 is about Ma’at.Mostly is about pagan worship and Alister Crowley, has nothing to do as writing on front cover “Maat Magic” A guide to self-Initiation.If I wanted a book on devil worshiping, I would have bought one.Returning book.!!!

Livro muito bem escrito. Sem duvida um dos melhores livros sobre cabala da atualidade, com uma forma muito simples porém completa de explicar sobre as sephiroth. Li, gostei e recomendo!
