Have anyone bought this jersey primarily for ice hockey practice? How does it fit with the protective gear?

We originally didn't plan on the kids wearing them for practices but they do. If that was the plan I would have bought a size bigger, however, they are not typical jersey material. They are VERY stretchy. We can even squeeze my daughter and her goalie equipment into it. They weren't what we expected but are very happy with them

Probably not but it all depends on the size of the kid wanting to wear it.
