This has one purpose, which is to hand exercise and it does well. Range varies from 10 to 40 kg to increase your grip strength 😉. Recommend buying.

Product needs improvement.
Fits properly in my hand and the grip is also good. The only con is that the weight adjustment does not work. No matter how many times you try to switch between different weights, the weight feels the same. Had brought this 4 months back. Still works fine.
