I cannot give this product enough stars! I am currently 43 years old, have given birth to 11 babies but my cycles as of the last several years have been painful and sometimes debilitating. I would have dizzy spells to the point I didn’t trust myself driving, nausea and extreme pain, usually before and the first couple days of my cycle. I finally looked into estrogen dominance and found these were recommended along with DIM which I started taking a few days later as well. They have worked miraculously. I only started them about 7 days before my cycle - the DIM I started 3 days before and I could tell a massive difference. My pain was much less and tolerable to the point I only had to take ibuprofen once. I usually took 800mg at least twice a day for 3 days in a row. I don’t have the dizzy spells or pain that leads to nausea. It has helped my mood as well. I no longer dread this time but look forward to seeing how much my body has improved with a simple addition of Cal-D & DIM. From what I understand one pill works for Phase 1 of estrogen detox and the other pill works for Phase 2 of estrogen detox. If you are on the fence about trying this… just order it and see if it helps. It’s so simple and less invasive than any other therapy you could try. My doctor was suggesting birth control and an antidepressant. I didn’t consider either an option so I am so glad I did some research and found a better alternative. I currently take 1 pill in the morning after breakfast so this supply lasts a long time. BRCA1 also runs in my family but I haven’t been tested to see if I have the mutation yet. I do consider this as extra precaution against cancer as it can help your body detoxify - which basically (from what I understand) is part of what the gene mutation doesn’t allow you to do.

The effect is quick to notice. For the men contemplating it, it seems to get my E2/Estrogen too low after a while of taking it. I recommend halving the dosage. I don’t sense it depleting my testosterone as others reported. I think they mistake their E2 dropping for their testosterone.

This product in of itself. Is useful for many functions aside it's hormone regulating function. I found myself having a better gut function and having a slight mood enhancement. I would say the flavor wasn't bad or good, there really isn't any flavor, but then again I'm used to drinking things with more I'll witted texture and flavor, this is not bad just gritty. The pain relief effects are somewhat there after a weeks use if used for any excess hormone removal which in my case was eatrogen. After using the soy isoflavone from bulk supplements. But again I have my own my purposes for the usage others may find benefit in this if they are suffering from estrogen or copper overload. It is very good for hormonal overload, and it does not contain the anti androgenic effects of Indole or DIM.

This was the first Calcium D Glucarate I had bought, about a year ago. After using it for several months, it was out of stock. I tried other brands but none work as well. So glad to see it's available again. Most everyone who has tried this brand dealt with stomach issues the first week. As toxins are removed from your body, the intestinal issues go away and you feel great. I hope there can be a steady supply because no other brand works as well.

I’ve always had miserable cycles. A couple years ago I ended up in my doctor’s office with PMS so bad I was running a slight fever and had to call in sick. It was my first bout of what I now call PMS flu. Blood tests showed my estrogen was very high. I take one pill a day with food every day that I’m symptomatic, and it keeps me vertical and functional. No side effects. I did learn to go easy on it, though. It’s easy to knock things out of wack in the other direction.

My naturopathis doctor suggested this to help flush excess estrogen from my system. Without going into too many details, I can tell this works. So if you are estrogen dominate, this is the supplement for you.
