I am so glad I got this book. It takes the same information available in other Abraham Hick books into tiny nuggets for daily inspiration. You probably won't learn anything new that is not available in their other books, but I really like that I have one idea to focus on each day. I normally buy books on Kindle, but I bought this one hard copy and highly recommend you do the same. The book is gorgeous, and I feel so supported every time I read it!

All of the books written by Ester Hicks are worth reading and this is no exception. The book is a short synopsis of many of the thoughts and subjects from her other books. It is a good refresher that is easy to read and allows you to recap in your mind all that was covered in detail in her other books. Because it is short and easy, its one book you can keep by your bedside to refer to often.

I love this little book. It's a cute and useful introduction to the Hicks books (however IMO it's the best thing they have done). I sometimes have trouble with the language of channeled materials. I hesitate to share those kinds of writings with friends. However I have sent out a copy of THIS book to several members of my family. Lately I've had many discussions with family about refocusing on the positive... How we attract things to ourselves according to our attitudes. Everyone in my family is very sensitive and intuitive. It seems we've been needing something more to keep us aligned with each other. This book is super-cute and does the job! It is not too deep, anyone can pick it up and begin to apply the insights directly to their lives. It is a great empowerment tool for teenagers, too. I purchased my copy of Manifest Your Desires at a local bookstore because I loved the illustrations. It was comforting to hold this little book in my hands, open to any page I wanted, and read for a little guidance. So much so, I decided to come out to Amazon and order copies for my brother, Mom, my sister-in-law. Highly recommended to refer to and share with others during troubled times!

The book is excellent, daily it continues to lead me down a path that brings balance and certainty to my life. It's like a dear friend, which is always there to give wisdom and knowledge concerning issues within ourselves that affects our daily lives. The knowledge, is knowledge that takes one to a level that is beyond what appears to be surrounding them, but allows us to know how we within ourselves, affect each and everything that happens to us, which give us continuous hope, because in essence we are in control, that is the point, we control our experiences, and this book, opens the path way to the knowledge of that reality without being judgmental.

This is a brief video that shows you a little bit about the book. This is a small book, a little larger than my hand. It has concepts taught to us by Abraham in a much more abbreviated fashion than we normally find in the CD's and DVD's. While it lacks some of the passion that gets communicated when you hear it directly from Ester, it's nice because it is bite-size, and gives you the opportunity to meditate on each thought. Abraham has told us previously that while we have many questions, they have only one answer. While that is true, the answer is a somewhat complicated or layer message for us mere mortals. In this book they reiterate their message: * Our emotions are our guidance system. If something feels bad that is a message not to be ignored. * Our thoughts and our feelings create a vibrational escrow (I always want to call it an emotional escrow) that creates our future. * Controlling our thoughts and our resulting feelings controls the vibration we offer, and therefore that which we attract. * The universe only gives us that which we are in vibrational alignment with. * Contrast (which to me means knowing what we don't want) helps us send "rockets of desire" for what we do want. * We need to focus on what we want to create that vibration to be matched. We should not focus on what we do not want because that is offering a vibration which is also matched. * The desires that our ancestors had, made the world a better place for us today. * We can get anywhere we want to be from where we are today. * Imagining, expecting, and remembering good things causes them to come into being. * We aren't here just to observe the world, because in simply observing, we will get more of what we see. If it is good, it will get better. If it is bad, it will get worse. We are here to create, so by all means let's create good! These are just some of my favorite concepts. As Abraham says, "There is much love for you here." Namaste.

I would have to say that if you are listening to the audio books also by this author, and doing this book. It helps a lot. That and it's like getting a pep talk. Hey house is no longer carrying this in stock off of their website, so I actually purchased this used off of amazon. It was an excellent condition, and it's a pretty sturdy book. If you're looking for something that can walk you through step by step what's going on, especially with the Abraham group, this is a very good key book to have.

I read one page a day and by the end of the year, I was a different person. Everyday I would focus on a single quote and I would try to keep it in the front of my mind for the duration of the day and it changed the way I looked at and thought about things. Sometimes it was hard to comprehend into my own life but I made it happen and by the end, the ideas stuck with me and now I live differently. I would recommend this book highly but I also recommend reading Ask and It is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks first.

IF you have questions about why things are happening in your life the way they are and how you can change them to things you want, you should read this book! This book provides insight into the hows and whys of life. Well worth the money and the time to read it.

Love the book, amazing drawings and insightful concepts.

I love all of Esther's work, but I appreciate that for anyone new to the teachings of Abraham, that sometimes some of the concepts are difficult to accept. This book provides little 'bite size' pieces and therefore allows you to absorb a little at a time instead of trying to take everything onboard all at once. I'd read this book from cover to cover within 2 days and now I've started back at the beginning, just reading a few pages a day enjoying the 'feeling of allowing' to flow through me. I've been reading Esther's work for around 2yrs now and sometimes I slip back into the old pattern of resistance and this is why this little book is so handy. It's small enough to carry around with you so that you can just read a couple of pages whenever to feel yourself slipping towards resistance. Also the artwork is amazining - so uplifting. Just looking at the artwork can induce the flow of life force energy without even reading the words. I've now bought a second copy to give to my daughter. If you know anyone who is just starting with the concepts of the law of attraction and is struggling a little, please do them a favour and buy them this book as a gift - it could well be the greatest gift they ever receive. A must have for everyone
